I went to Hyundai of Keene looking at a Santa Cruz. Came home with the 2024 Santa Cruz SEL Activity model. I worked with Zack Smith. He was amazing to work with. He listens to what your needs are and really cares about his customers. He understands that you need to stay at a certain payment and that people have budgets that they need to work with. Any questions that we had Zack was able to answer them. It was nice working with someone that isn't there to just sell a vehicle. He really makes sure that it is something that you like and something that you want. I would definitely recommend Hyundai of Keene.

Recently went to Hyundai of Keene to see about trading my car that was a few years old, i got a pretty decent deal and the staff was extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. Most of all i talked with Syrina Bergeron and she helped me go through the process very easily! thank you!

This was the very first car purchase I have ever done on my own. I have to say that Michael was very, very helpful in guiding me thru the process. He carefully and thoroughly explained the features of our new 2024 Venue Limited, and answered all of my questions, even tho I know I asked a few of them more than once! Spiro in Finance was also very courteous and knowledgeable. He answered my questions and also made the experience quick and easy. At no time did I ever feel pressured during these processes. That made this buying experience quick, painless and pleasurable, which is how a car buying experience should be. Thanks Hyundai of Keene!

I had initially posted a negative review regarding an issue that began in March of this year with my 2021 Tuscon. I purchased my vehicle new from this dealer in late 21 or early 22. In March of this year (2023) I brought my vehicle in for what I thought was a dead battery issue. Everything tested fine to my surprise other than my original battery just below its 100% charge capacity. I ended up buy a new battery as I didn’t think with it being a new vehicle I had for about a year there would anything more serious.Fast forward to the week of thanksgiving this year and I began having similar issues with a battery only 9 months old or so. Only this time the issue got worse and it wouldn’t start with a fully charged battery or being jumped. I called Hyundai of keene and asked about a date I could get it in and informed it wouldn’t be until sometime next year. As any reasonable person would be, I wasn’t thrilled with having a newer vehicle with a newer battery and experiencing similar issues I was 9 months prior but now with a vehicle that didn’t start at all to then be told it would be months to get it even looked at let alone fixed.I spoke with Robert and Eric in the service department days later in an attempt to get it sooner by speaking with someone else than who I first spoke with. I’m thankful to say that these 2 guys were incredibly helpful and didn’t brush it off as not their problem. Turns out a computer module had been draining my batteries and the recent cold weather helped it along. They also found a loose screw on the starter that had melted a wire.They fully fixed the issue and happily changed my initial perspective towards this dealer from a negative into a positive. Thank you Eric and Robert!

I am delighted with the exceptional service I received from Alex Petit at Hyundai of Keene. He listened to what I wanted, helped me understand the financing options I had to make this purchase affordable, and was very accommodating. I am so happy with the new Hyundai Kona I picked up yesterday. My hope is that this will be my last car and I am confident that it will serve me well.

Alex was wonderful to deal with in purchasing our new Tucson. He is a professional, pleasant person, not pushy. He explains everything very well including answering all my questions. He also took the time, in the rain, to make sure we understood how everything worked in the car. I even called him from a rest area to figure out how to use something and he helped me.Spiro was very good in finance. He knew his stuff, had everything ready for us. He could answer all our questions and took his time.We have also had good luck with the service dept. with our last two sonatas. They have drinks, popcorn and other snacks while you wait. You can take their shuttle to a store or restaurant they will bring you and pick you up. And free oil changes on our new car! Who doesn't love that.

I had a great experience buying a used car here. Syrina helped me sort through the options that met my parameters. She was friendly and I never felt pressured. Jon and Zach were helpful in getting the final things lined up. It was also really convenient to have the dealerships linked when I wanted to test multiple cars at different locations—they brought them to me! Very happy with my new-to-me car.

Wish they didn’t stop offering weekend service hrs. I used to receive all my service from Hyundai of Keene until they stopped this service. This is New England. Some people who wish to give their business to Hyundai of Keene might not be able to swing a weekday appointment as they live many miles away and work just as far away. I have to get service piecemeal from more local sources. When I go to trade my Tucson in, the sales guy will pull up Carfax and get false info due to this dealerships inability to field weekend service.

I recently bought a new Elantra from here and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new car. The salesperson who helped me, Alex, was very nice and very knowledgeable, he was able to answer all my questions and address any concerns I had. The managers were also very nice, going out of their way to get me the car that I wanted, with a really great rate of 0.99% interest.

From my first phone call, to my first handshake and to the last hug. the folks at Fenton dealerships, specifically in the service department knew exactly what they were doing. Took care of me as if I was a friend. Walked me through the entire process. Always told me the truth. Worked tirelessly to get my part replaced when corporate wasn't agreeing. Loaned mean impeccable car for the next 30 plus days at no charge to me. And I required no deductible when everything was said and done. I was my husband's caregiver until his passing, this car was our first ever brand new car it means a lot to me. I lost him in October, normally he would be the one to handle all of these situations. So in essence I felt tossed to the wind! Until I walked through the doors at Fenton dealerships, was met at the service desk with a smile. They assured me that I would (not) be leaving with my car, that just because there was no check engine light on? Does not mean there isn't a problem. They addressed everything as if I were a friend or a family member. I will forever be grateful and I am so thankful.
