“The 5 stars is strictly for our local office. After a frustrating experience last month and a VERY frustrating experience during the snow storm this weekend I was confronted with the phone message system from hell while trying to get reimbursed for services I needed to procure and pay for (despite being provided by an AAA tow shop). After over an hour on the phone and 4 customer service reps I finally called the Keene office directly. They were very helpful and understanding.I will save my bad rating for AAA national, because they truly need some work (and need to reevaluate their "Peace of Mind" motto) but the local staff has been top notch.”
