I was really happy at the service I received here. I went to multiple dealerships looking at buying a PHEV and I couldn’t believe the lack of interest in selling me a car. Nathan at Keene Mitsubishi was awesome. I’ve bought several cars in my adult life and I’ve never had such a good experience buying a car. Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable and I do not regret driving 2 hours to from my home to use this dealership.

I think you need more staff to get the car's done .....booking 3 week's out is bad that forces us to have to go else where when we don't want to and it's very inconvenient when you have a new vehicle and can't even get stuff fixed. The staff were all good no issue's otherwise

I had an emergency with my vehicle (Mitsubishi Outlander) and brought it to the dealership. No appt. Jason in service helped me. I was on my way to pick up my 94 year old Aunt in Connecticut. Suitcase and wheelchair in my vehicle. Unfortunately, the dealership had no loaner vehicles, ( opportunity to improve), so I did have to wait for my son and daughter to bring me my other vehicle. About an hour later, Jason helped me to get the wheelchair out of my Outlander and luggage. He was in touch with me the whole time I was away, keeping me updated on what my vehicle needed. He was very kind. All work was under warranty, which was great! 3 days later I picked up my vehicle and it had been washed and vacuumed inside. Thanks to everyone. I think Mitsubushi is the only dealership that still does that. Thanks for caring about your customers and their vehicles.

Everything fine as far as I was concerned. I had a "kit" for the estimated 3 hour wait on -site, but it was also good to know I could have been driven to town if that had been my better choice.

Actually be nice to have a little better communication with the customer! Just to be updated as you wait "believe it or not " goes a long way and builds that bridge to a better outcome!

Called the dealership an hour before closing. Spoke with Mike G., told him what I was looking for and he had one in stock. Made an appt to see it the next morning, Mike had the car waiting out front. Negotiations and financing were quick. Mike went over the car features and we were on our way home. Excellent experience and will definitely recommend Fairfield's.

My bill came to over $400 so at least I should have had my engine oil changed correctly and a closer inspection of what was supposed to be done would have been nice.

Jason was extremely friendly, I was pleased to work with him. Very informative about what issues my car was needing, not his fault the cost was higher then others in the area.

I was ready to buy a particular car after searching on line . I showed up at the dealership and found an SUV I really liked and I told them upfront what I wanted my payment to be and after test driving the SUV they promised me I could buy the SUV and they would do whatever it took took get me in my new vehicle. Well after close to an hour in the finance office the salesman josh comes out and says I need to put $4,000 down to get my payments where they need to be. Waste of my whole day. I would not recommend this dealership

False promises as soon as you walk thru the door. Don't let this place screw you out of a trade from an ex con. Offered 6500 from their website yet only honor 2000. There is no communication amongst the staff unless it involves money. Wouldn't give us available options for 22 outlander. Shady shady business. Have reported to DMV inspectors for all their fake promises.

I would not recommend this dealership for service. I sent my son with my car to a scheduled appointment for recall work. The car was not taken in until an hour plus after the scheduled 1 pm appt. When I called to find out why the car had not been taken in, I was told techs called out. They never let my son know, just left him sitting there in the waiting room. By the time the car was taken in, recall service done, and the 1.5 hour drive home, he was late to his job. Further, the car came home with two deep scratches on the door - my son only went to the dealership and back. I called and asked to speak with the service manager. Conveniently he was not available. I left my name and number and to this day, 5 weeks later, no courtesy return call. All I wanted to do was to have them pull cameras in the shop to see what happened. All in all, this place sucks. I have no real confidence now that the required recalls were done. Very, very POOR customer service!!
