They kept me informed about the progress of my repair. They had my car ready before the date promised. They were kind and courteous throughout the whole process. I’d definitely return for work if needed in the future.

When a dear decided to jump out and run into my door (deer was OK and so was I, my vehicle was not), Key Collision had great availiblity to make an appointment, and the work was done exactly on time. I am very happy with the work. They communicated regularly and made the process as efficient as possible.

I have used this place twice and have been happy with the results, with the staff I met, with the communication during the repair process, and their coordination with Enterprise car rental on the adjoining property. This made everything go super smooth.

It took a lot longer than I thought it would, but it also cost less than I thought it would, and they did a beautiful job!! My only complaint is that they didn't even notify us for the first two days and the work was not started until they'd had it for 3 days. But it looks like new!

I brought my car in and they totaled it but they keep harassing me to survey the repairs on my car. You don't repair a totaled car, so this is my review of their repairs.

I would like to give more stars, because all the people i interacted with were very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, my car has had a big "maintainence required" on the dashboard since I picked it up at Key Collision in Keene. When I picked it up, i was in a rush to a wedding, but I did notice the error sign and immediately went inside right then, and told them that the sign was on, and thst I would be back asap. Unfortunately, i had to go straight to Poland after the wedding. When i return i will bring my car back immediately, because it was malfunctioning in various ways on the drive to the airport. First, when locked from the outside it would beep long and loud, refusing to lock. Second, the rearview camera doesn't display when backing up. third, there is VERY loud static that comes out of the speakers very loudly every single time you turn the car on. I am very disappointed that the car seems to be in worse shape than it was before it's time with Key Collision. I do expect these issues to be fixed ASAP upon my return, and will update this review then.
