They were kind, helpful, quick, and their prices were very reasonable. They were able to help me with my bike. They called me to confirm what I wanted done on the bike and didn't just charge me for random things. I appreciated their professionalism and they got it don't faster than they originally said. I recommend paying in cash if youre able there is a charge for using a card.
The only issues that I had, involve my bike tires. When I took my bike home, the front, tired deflated, within a few hours of me getting it home, before i even got to ride it. I brought it back to them the next day and they fixed the tire (charged me for it), and told me it must have just been the end of the life for that tire. They had my bike for a week, so i'm not sure how they didn't catch that the front tire needed to be replaced. I took the bike on one ride. And the day after that, the rear tire was also flat. I'm disappointed that they didn't just fix this when I took it in the first time.

I purchased Thule kayak hullavator from Norms. Communication from owner attempting to locate parts from Thule - no Communication from owner John. I had to follow up to get an update. He then committed to install date for the kayak system. Ten minutes into the install called and stated ithe factory torque screws we're stripped from the factory, this was not a true statement. the vehicle was 2023 nissan Morano with less than 30K miles. I had to reach out to family member to get these screws removed, which took ten minutes of their time with the proper tools.
Norms then installed the kayak rack system
Two days after install i discovered that rubber seal on the crossbar was lifted six inches.
I contacted him after his vacation and he states bring it by and I'll take a look at it. I arrived and he can't be bothered to look at it because he needs to finish up what he's working on.
He stated that he would look at it if I stopped by.
I spent over two thousand dollars on the system. I do not consider this great customer service.
I will no longer do any business with Norms and I hope others will do the same.

Just stopped by to learn more about e-bikes and the costumer service here is excellent. When I came in, I said I was interested in an e-bike but wasn’t ready to buy today. It was no problem! Colin gave me his recommendation and walked me through the specs. They also let me test ride the bike in the parking lot. I didn’t ever feel pressured to make the purchase today. I appreciate the time they gave me. I am looking forward to hopefully buying an e-bike here soon! Thanks Norm’s!

Don't get a tune-up on your bike here, all they do is wipe it down slightly and check and adjust your gears.

I brought my e bike in to have the gears fixed, told me two days then it was done in an hour. Great atmosphere, awesome work and really cool people. Mechanic was very thorough and made sure that i knew exactly what the issue was. Definitely my new favorite bike shop

I was on a bike tour and got a flat. On this new (and very tight) bike, I could not get the tire over the rim! Found and went to Norm's. Very prompt, accurate, and fairly-priced repair, including filing down a burr on the rim that had caused the flat. Two ways John went beyond the call of duty--giving me a free swap for my spare tube (which was incompatible with the rim) and a free ride back to the motel. (BTW, I later found that with a new rim strip, which was thinner and has less friction than the original, I can now get the tire over the rim myself.)

Renting bikes from Norm's was a great experience! I called and spoke with April who made sure our bikes were ready to go when we showed up 30 minutes later. The bikes and helmets they provided were in great condition and the right sizes for us. We were new to the area, so really appreciated both the trail maps and April's suggestion to use AllTrails to make sure we knew where we were going. Trail access is very close to the shop and there is a bridge under the road that connects with the trail so you don't have to cross a major highway. The rates were reasonable as well. Highly recommend this shop for their top notch service!!!
