The best car buying experience I have ever had! My salesman Leo was so patient and kind…he helped me through the whole process with honesty and integrity.Adam in finance explained everything clearly and did not try to push me towards any extrasWhich was so refreshing!Adam in parts went above and beyond by helping to install an accessory I didn’t even buy from them.All in all an amazing crew of honest caring people!I absolutely love my car and would highly recommend this dealershipMy rating is 100 stars!

Leo is hands down the best car salesman I have ever worked with. He made the car buying experience seamless. I was traveling well over one hour to look at the car. I arrived and was pleasantly surprised by the calm and welcoming demeanor Leo presented. I felt at-ease knowing that he was not trying to push a car onto me. He gave me the facts and let me decide the rest. I also liked hearing about his days in London!

If I could give everyone at Noyes far more than 5 stars, I would - they were outstanding! Purchased a new Jetta from Bill Sheldon at Noyes after a less than satisfactory experience at a different dealership. Bill was wonderful to work with, and the whole atmosphere was chill and low pressure. Also worked with Spencer Noyes on the trade-in, which was fair and quick, as well as the paperwork, which was transparent and minimal. They explained everything so that the final purchase was fast and easy. Everything was filled out in advance for the RVM so that it was ready to take to the registry, even though we’re in Massachusetts and Noyes is in Keene, NH. It was completely worth the hour drive up to Keene to work with the folks at Noyes. Thanks so much Bill and Spencer! We’ll definitely recommend you to anyone who’s looking to purchase a car!

The fact that despite writing on my receipt that I was there for my 10k service and that I have a maintenance package, they tried upcharging me for an oil change. Then told me the dealership I purchased my vehicle from, duped me when they told me the oil change is included/free of charge. Follow up conversations resulted in a phone call from Brian telling me that “service” and “oil change” aren’t interchangeable and since I was there for an oil change, they made a mistake and they’re really sorry. Despite all that, they were very confident in billing me before I would get my keys back.

To whom it may concern.I was overall not satisfied with my recent service except that I had it, done to maintain my good service ratings. The courtesy servicewas not done properly, vacuuming, I requested that it be done correctly. I the past, I returned to the shop to have my vehicle rewashed. Due to severe streaking. I was given 2 complimentary washs at local car wash, for that visit. I feel lik, if there are complementary ervices offered they should be done correctly not offered or not at all. Also I noticed a small scratch on my vehicle, which wasn't previously three I was as asked to return another day to have it looked at. Overall, I feel that service should be reviewed and explained after it is completed. Additionally I have had other concers with past services. I have intend to consider other options for future services to my vehicle. Thanx for taking the time to read this.

My husband purchased his 1st all electric car yesterday, ID4.He was fortunate to have Bill Sheldon as his salesman. He is very professional with a healthy knowledge of VW products. Highly recommend him as your salesman of choice!It was a big step and learning curve to purchase the all electric car! It’s dealerships like this that give car salesman and dealers a bad name. Dishonest to the core. Called on a used car and I was very specific because it was for my daughter so I asked about the tires and they lied about their useful life. They were less than 2/32nds unable to pass inspection. Asked them before I drove 2 hours to pick up the car to do the “penny” test and send me a pic, the salesman assured me the tires were about 1/2 their useful life. They all claimed they’ve NEVER heard of the penny test. Any car guy in the business knows it, especially if they also own a tire shop. Nope not even close, original tires with 37k miles on them. Manager and 3 other guys huddled in his office like Al Bundy in Married w/children with his hand down his pants…quite impressive as the representative of the dealership. Dishonest to the core here. Tire depth “gage” might try spell check…gauge. Happily told me to pound sand…?…you sat like a little boy at your desk. You clearly don’t know your job, btw…a week later I notice it’s still for sale. Must be a great deal…

I want to give a "shout out" to this dealership. From the moment we walked in the door, I felt as though we truly mattered. The salesman, Bill, was fun, informed and professional. We were interested in a new id 4 and had no previous experience with EV. There was no pressure. He made is feel as though we could enjoy the change over without a lot of confusion.The General Manager, Spencer, went the extra mile for us. Actually he went 100 miles extra. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and available. Andrew in service and the whole team treated us like "family'" I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family if they are interested in a VW. Thank you all, from Nina and Paul

Another bad review on Noyes' record, got a timing belt done at 61,767miles on my 2.0 n/a 5 spd Jetta. Claimed they did the belt, brought the car to an honest VW dealer, they say it looks like it wasn't done. 21k miles goes by and guess what... POP, there goes the head! If you're looking for dishonest and shotty work definitely give Noyes a try! Special thanks to "Ben Franks" (the tech that supposedly installed the belt as well as other parts that we were charged for and WEREN'T installed. I can't warn people enough, STAY AWAY from this dealer.

I have never had so many issues with a car in my life. My volkswagen jetta is the worse car ever made and the dealerships are con artists trying to charge me $160 to get my radio code because I had to jump start my car and now my radio doesn't work.

Bill Sheldon and Adam were excellent; very knowledgeable and polite. Bill wasn't pushy and he didn't pressure me into leaving with a vehicle that wasn't the right fit for me.The paperwork was ready for me when I arrived and the vehicle was detailed inside and out. The transaction was seamless. I recommend inquiring at Noyes if you're shopping for a VW or used vehicle!

Noyes VW, from Rob Noyes to the team in the Service & Parts Departments, is outstanding. Their mechanics are super knowledgeable, particularly David Cortez, and they are seemingly able to source parts where no other dealer will take the time do so. And I know, I've tried calling around to find hard-to-get parts for my 2016 Touareg. Every place I spoke to told me what I was seeking was no longer available and not used in production anymore. Not the case at Noyes. The team took care of my VeeDub and it's running better than it has been before the troubles began. They are, without doubt, the best dealer. They even washed my car, inside and out.

This is my first VW. The entire process was very easy. Leo did a great job informing me of the features and benefits of the Atlas Cross Sport. Leo also made sure to introduce me to Spencer Noyes as well. The sales/finance process went very smooth.
