I've been using Patten for a few years now as my fuel oil supplier. They're nice, they're professional, they show up when they say they're going to, and the prices are the best in Keene.When I saw a service truck with their name on it, I called and asked. They started the servicing business 6/1/23. I made an appt. 3 days beforehand, the burner broke so no hot water. The service guy showed up on time and had no problem adding a repair service to the scheduled maintenance. He had the problem located in 20 minutes and had the part on the truck. A 1 hr appt turned into 2 hr with no additional labor charge.I cannot recommend them enough. Knowledgeable, courteous, reliable. What more can you ask?

Just switched to Patten and already so impressed and pleased with them. Friendly phone service, got right here, the delivery driver was friendly, helped fix an issue. Great price too. Wish I had switched sooner!
