From the title "Computer Store" on Google, I was under the impression that it was a place to purchase PC components, like MicroCenter. It turns out, it's an IT service and NOT a computer store.

It will coast you 32.50 just to have them look at your computer. Do not use them.

Poor attitude on phone and in office. Was told the battery and hard drive on my computer needed to be replaced and they were both relatively new. Doesn't seem to know much but how to get a good deal from your goods.

Ordered an ipod nano on 11/20/2012. When it didn't arrive when expected, I checked my order online to find that they had canceled it. When I called, I was told that they canceled it just after it was placed as they had called and I wasn't home to verify. No email was sent to me or no further attempt to make contact. But, my credit card was charged for the full amount. Thankfully it was AmEx and they took care of it. The two women I spoke with on the phone were not helpful at all, and neither even offered to replace the order. Took my credit to Best Buy!!

Dropped off my Lenovo ThinkPad here for a warranty repair yesterday and got it back within 24 hours. Extremely impressed!

I purchased the 21.5inch iMac from Mac Connection this past May. What caught my eye was the special they had to upgrade to 8Gb of Ram and receive $84 mail-in rebate. I received the computer fromt them and later found it out had faulty RAM. Had to return my entire order and purchase an entirely new order to qualify for the promotion, because it was soon ending. Ok fine, waited another week to ship and the order was fine. I got my money refunded. I was hesitant to submit the mail-in-rebate, which only allots a person 30- days to send it. I waited to make sure the computer was working. One day after the 30-day mark passed, so I called Mac Connection to see if they would honor the rebate. I spoke with a manager and they told me there was nothing they could do. Even though I had gone through all the hassle of purchasing an entirely new order and returning the sub sequential old order. Bottom Line they did not honor the rebate and have lost a customer. This was my first and last purchase through mac connection. Now I understand why Mac Connection has had horrible reviews on other sites as well!

I just bought my first Mac... a MacBook. My friend referred me to Mac Connection because they had the lowest advertised price anywhere. Apple was selling the MacBook for $999 and MacConnection was selling the same one for $975 plus a $105 mail in rebate. Ding ding, I went with Mac Connection. Customer service called me to verify my order (which was nice, because that deals with fraud) and then called me on the landline associated with my credit card. My computer shipped for free, I paid NO tax (because they're in NH and I'm in CA), and it arrived via UPS 5 days later. I will definitely refer Mac/PC Connection to friends and family. I love my new pretty computer!
