Not. I repeat, NOT an authorized Penske repair facility. Strictly pickup and drop-off. But the receptionist was pleasant and friendly.

Absolutely amazing service. The regular girl was out and their team stepped up and made this a smooth and pleasant experience. Much lower price than uhaul and it was a new truck. Thank you and you're top of the list for any future needs.
