We have a PO Box. There’s one clerk who is there six days a week working customer service. He’s also the one that supports the mail, I’m not sure if that’s a different position but he’s the one we see doing it. During the holidays in conversation, we were asking if he actually got to take lunch or sorted mail the whole time. He said he was doing extra sorting during the holidays because he was worried about people getting their packages in time for Christmas.
I hope this particular employee never leaves! In a quiet, professional way he’s extremely friendly and thoughtful. No matter how busy it gets, he keeps that same upbeat demeanor. Very impressive working customer service!

“The Post Master, Jason is the youngest Postaster I've encountered. Jason is also the friendliest PM. Jason is knowledgeable and answers questions quickly. I mentioned my change of address hadn't gone thru from 09/17/22. I had received an email that the Keene PO had a ton of mail for me. Jason quickly looked it up on his computer & in 2 seconds was able to inform that they hadn't forwarded anything yet. He enjoys a chat w/the locals. I just hope they finishing paving fast! I'm never sure where I should walk & I think that hot asphalt is the worst smell ever”
