Made an appointment online. Waited a week, got to the appointment and I was told "they don't do this one"?? Apparently Quest doesn't know how to draw blood!! Lady was rude, didn't explain why, just said "we don't do this one" and walked away. Never will I go back to this place, I'll gladly pay more for better customer service. Someone just didn't feel like working this morning!!

They made me an appointment for a new hire drug screening for august 29th. I drove an hour to the location and went inside to find out they were not even open and didn’t even notify me. I find that SO unprofessional and unacceptable… I then had to plead with my job to extend my dead line for this test and pray it doesn’t effect me getting hired….. thanks for nothing ? I should also add that this appointment was made THURSDAY. and they were closed from Friday - Tuesday…. Why the hell would they even make the appointment for a day they knew they would be closed???

I don't know. I had a drug test I've been trying to schedule an appointment, online, on the phone and even in person. Their kiosk and website told me they weren't doing drug tests for like 2 weeks.Anyways, a staff member came out and told me to come back at 1. This is the 2nd time I've been here today. Maybe just fix your kiosk and maybe give people the option to actually make an appointment for a drug screen ?♀️

Do not use the Keene office. I waited with 5 people today outside the office which was locked. People were waiting as early as 7am. At 8am we ALL left. Shortly after we got emails/calls the office was closed for maintenance. No one believed it. People who work in the building told us this happens all the time due to staffing shortages. Go Someplace else!!

Very pleasant, clean location, short wait time (10 min) and experienced, kind phlebotomist technician made the whole process painless and as good as you can get. Other reviews here seem to be about unrelated issues with insurance companies, inability to reach the testing location by phone, etc. I was so pleasantly surprised by my experience this morning that I had to write this review as soon as I got home. Note, you have to make your appointment through Quest Diagnostics (website is the easiest) and you cannot call the location directly to change, cancel, etc. The technician said that if you don't have to fast for your testing, afternoon appointments are usually the easiest to come by and the lab is very quiet at that time. My morning appointment was pretty quick, however - 10 minute wait.

You cannot call and speak to a person under any circumstances. You have only an automated menu to deal with and if the information you require isn't there you're screwed.

I just tried canceling an appointment but the robot does not understand me when I speak the letters of my confirmation code. I cannot raise a human on the phone. So they are on their own. I will not show up and they can take a break.

My PCP sent a work order to Quest Diagnostics for lab tests 2 weeks before my annual physical as he had done in the past. I attempted to schedule an appointment on-line the next day but there were no available appointments until after the date of my physical. I called the lab to talk to a representative but after listening to a 5 minute message I was unable to speak to anyone or leave a message. I tried a walk-in visit today (Friday) but found that the lab closed at noon. I had no choice but to call my PCP to use another lab.
