Not sure why this bank doesn't offer paperless statements for mortgage accounts. They would save money doing so, and when our mail gets stolen it gives theives less to look at. At least you can go paperless for checking and savings.

There is 3 locations n each 1 has a good vibe the atmosphere is also great whatever you need their there to help you get whatever you needI've been going to SBW ( savings bank of Walpole) for many years now and I wouldn't change a thing unless I was to move out of state

35 year account holder!Called three times with a question. "We'll get back to you with answer." No call back! Very frustrated with a lack of responsibility.

Very nice people but do NOT expect to ever have anyone answer if you call. Worse, leave a message, again--no call back. Problem or Question: Get in your car, drive to your branch and talk to the very nice people there.C'mon SBoW, getting no call-back and having to drive to a branch in the middle of a pandemic is not smart.Edited: Bypass the main number, and call your local branch! They know how to get things done.

Life will surely teach you lesson before you will experience the good part of it , I have a bad experience falling from one scam to another until I read up a post about Mrs LOYCE GREEN, i was still in doubt kept seeing many testimony's of her good work so I was convinced and decided to give it a try and I gave in my last shot and invested $1000 for a start,she really played her own part of the deal as she promised me, now I have gotten my second withdrawal without paying for other charges fee like other account manager, If you are searching for an honest account manager, search no more and add up Mrs LOYCE GREEN who taught me all I needed to know, thank you mam and may you have strength to continue to help others like you did for me.

Just don't expect anything other than big banking! Great employees just horrible management! Had a court tie up my accounts for no good reason and they went right along with it so they could charge overdraft fees! Tried to work with them but they rather send threatening letters than resolve anything! They wouldn't even cash a check for me and made me feel like a scumbag! Great job after using them for years! If you knew the whole story you would be horrified!

As a financial coach, I have some specific banking needs. I was so pleased with the service I received at Savings Bank of Walpole. I was able to save a ton of time by emailing the banker directly (can't do that with a big bank) to tell them exactly what I wanted. It made the whole process seamless and I was able to pop in and do the signatures and was in and out quickly. I love that they support my profit first coaching clients by making it easy for them to get going.

I used to work here several years ago before moving back to my home state of Texas, which has now been almost 6 years, and everyone still keeps in touch with me and checks on me. Such a wonderful place to work and they have an amazing staff! I was honored to have worked here and worked with so many amazing people!

I recently opened several new accounts and have begun the process of taking out small business loans. Every interaction has been far above expectation. Highly recommend this bank!
