All the information they gave me about my repairs to my2013 Subaru Legacy the photos of the parts weren't even Subaru Legacy parts. They go an a Honda. The part number they gave me wasn't even close. Makes me gald I brought my Subaru Legacy Premium Pkg else where. What's under your hood ????

My tire light came on today just outside of Brattleboro and instead of turning around, I knew I could trust the repair folks at Keene Subaru to handle my tire problem right away. After I drove into the service bay, Josh tested my tires right away. Three were just below normal, but while testing the fourth, he discovered a nail in the tire and immediately arranged for me to check in and sit in the waiting room while the mechanics plugged the hole. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I am so happy this was an "easy" problem and I am so grateful that I was well-treated by each and every staff member.

Made an appointment for an inspection but did not have my registration in paper form yet; I had registered by mail. Subaru told me there was nothing they could do for me and canceled my appointment. I then drove down the street and was helped by a drive-through service that listened to my situation and created a solution that allowed me to get inspected with a 30- day wait to get the registration in hand for finalizing the paperwork. Subaru did not try to listen to options, just flat out said no. I won't be going back there, sadly. I love my Subaru but not the service department in Keene.

I brought my car in for new tires last week and the tech broke one of my tpms sensors. They didn't notice the leak in the tire so I had to come back to have it replaced. I was told it was just a failed part and it must have been a coincidence that it failed immediately after having my tires replaced. After an hour and a half, the service advisor tried to raise the price of the part by $30 when cashing me out. I would not come here again.

my experience with Keene Subaru has been top shelf from the purchase of my new Subaru to the very friendly service of my first oil change. fast friendly service with no pushy over tones I've gotten from other dealerships. I highly recommend Subaru of Keene to everyone from the new customer to the seasoned customer.

I walked into Subaru of Keene and was greeted by Zack. He pulled up a few cars, let us test drive them, listened to my wants/needs/concerns. We worked within my budget and found the perfect vehicle for my little family. Not only did he talk to me, but he talked to my children and listened to their wants and wishes as well. He did a magic trick for my 7 year old and gave him a few bouncy balls. They’re now BFFs. We will definitely see Zack in the spring for my daughter’s first car!!!

My Impreza would not pass inspection due to a code in the computer - no check engine light. My mechanic said he had no information and it would need to be looked at by Subaru. Called and told them what the code was. We can't do anything over the phone! Our techs have to look at it. And that will be $60 please. Scheduled a 1 hour visit to diagnose the problem. Arrived at 8 for the appointment to check the code. Over an hour later, the nice young woman came out and said it was ready they were just wrapping up. 10 minutes later I saw it driving away. It is getting a car wash. I was told. I did not want it washed, I replied. It's complementary, she said. Then I find out the code is nothing. It means the battery died at some point. AND they had a whole list of things they could fix for us. It cost $60 and 2 and a half hours - I live half an hour from Subaru - to find out there was nothing wrong. If they wanted to complement me, they could have valued my time and money as much as I do and done what I wanted them to do. I would have paid the $60 and been less upset if this took me 15 minutes instead of an hour and a half!

Subaru of Keene was awesome! Russ Berry was very knowledgeable about Subaru's and absolutely no pressure at all! They offered me a great price for my trade in right off the bat! At the end of the day, my payment was exactly what I had hoped for. Love my 2016 Forester and I would highly recommend Subaru of Keene

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I purchased a car from this location on October 17th. The day I purchased it, I also got the warranty. Two days later I cancelled the warranty, expecting the $2,000 I paid to be refunded to financing. Here we are three months later, and it still hasn't been refunded. Worse yet, no one seems to care about figuring out what happened or in any rush to make sure this is corrected. I have contacted multiple people at the dealership, always with the same answer "I'm talking to my manager and they will respond". Please just refund this money.
