The location is convenient for errands around West St. The business provides lots of washers and dryers, a wash & fold service, and advertised WiFi, though the WiFi was not available on one visit. However, the dryers are very expensive at 25¢ for 2 minutes and things take a long time to dry even on high. There are frequent issues with many dryers out of order, and the business can be a hit or miss on busyness. While some days half the dryers were out of service, the place does seem better kept up than a few months back, and more dryers are working now.

    The good: Clean, nice seating options, lots of folding tables, nice staff. The bad: dryers are very expensive (25¢ for 2 minutes) and things take a long time to dry even on high.

    Came 15 minutes before the posted closing time of 10pm to pick up my clothes from the dryer. Came to find the doors locked and no one here. Awesome thanks. So be careful near closing time.

    Gets the job done, staff is friendly, but machines dont always work.
