Convenient location next to WalMart and other stores in plaza. Excellent service! Arrived just a couple minutes before my online scheduled appointment time and they took my grandson in exactly on time. He explained what he wanted and she listened. haircut took about 10 minutes and turned out perfectly. Friendly staff and very reasonably priced. Will definitely return when I have time to go!
Requested style: Cut up the back (regular type men’s haircut), trimmed up on sides, left a little for bangs to fall on forehead. Very neat and clean haircut!! AA

I have only let one person touch my hair in almost 16 years. That person is no longer at my local Super Cuts. I saw Kylee yesterday and she did FANTASTIC. Very happy with my hair cut.

I'm satisfied with my haircut. My rating has to do with the wait after booking a 2:15 time through the app and when I asked about someone being taken ahead of me after a 5 minute wait already. When I questioned that, I was told I hadn't scheduled an appointment, I made a reservation. Then, my stylist said she took the walk-in ahead of me because he'd been there since 1. If I make a reservation at a restaurant for a specific time, not at the last minute, I don't expect a 20 minute wait. Another customer loudly challenged this concept during my visit, with at least 6 others in the waiting area before he got there. I also learned if one calls by phone to schedule a time, people are told there's no wait by the call center. This is poor customer service, and after a 20+ year relationship with Supercuts I have reservations about coming back.

I've been going to Supercuts for over 20 yrs, mostly in the bay area of California. The supercuts in Keene, NH is the best so far.

Zac was great. He knows how to take care of my 98-year-old father. we will ask for him the next time. several cuts ago we were at your competitor that is no longer there and Zac was there and worked wonderfully for us. Next time we went, he was not there anymore. So then we went one more time and then I guess that company closed that location so now we are at Supercuts. Zac looked familiar to me and I reminded my dad and he was so happy to see Zac. The funny thing is my father brought it up on the way to get his haircut. 'Remember that young boy remember that boy at that place are we gonna have him?' I said no Dad that other place is closed and I don’t know where he’s at now. WHAT a happy surprise?. our visit to Supercuts made a 98-year-old man very very happy. Something small like a haircut made his entire day.
and my dad looks so handsome from such an excellent cut.

Requested style: I walked in, requesting a haircut, and within 1 minute, Tiffany called me over. She asked me what I wanted, she cut my hair just as requested, did not overly layer or cut too much, she was friendly, experienced, efficient, and sweet. And it was affordable ! Iam very pleased with the whole experience.
