“I cannot say enough about the outstanding service I received. Both the Store Manager Tim Schmale and his staff went above and beyond anything I could of asked for. I was sent to them by a certain Tire Warehouse store that attempted and failed to swap out my tires on 3 consecutive days due to an over torqued lugnut. Not only were they unable to complete the job, they even broke off the extractor tool on my lugnut before sending me to Keene. Needless to say I was a bit frustrated by the time I met Tim and his staff. However, by the time I left they had locked in a customer for life. Tim's sales manager even drove his personal car down the street to find the correct lugnut to replace my damaged one after Tire Warehouse sent me with the wrong size one. Thanks again to Tim and his team. You are all greatly appreciated.”
