EDIT: Ulta, you’ve missed the point of my review in your response if you think it was just about the appointment being cancelled.
Booked a hair appointment mid week for Sunday. Received a call 3 hours prior to my appointment saying the stylist would not be in and the appointment was cancelled. Returned the call and asked why, if I can see open appointments online with another stylist, my appointment was cancelled. Was told not sure why the appointments are populating online but no stylists would be in today. And that I should go online to reschedule. Why would I go online to reschedule if I just told you the online system had errors by displaying unavailable dates and time?

Diamond Member...asked for discount on damaged Kenra product...only one on shelf from Christina....no eye contact...had to look up coupon on my own for discount even after asking for that. I luv Ulta....by today not so much from very unhelpful staff

I got my eyebrows done by a kind young lady, Bizdebah, and she was absolutely incredible. She is such a kind person and made me feel comfortable right away. It was my first time getting anything done to my brows and can I just say, it felt like I was at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique! I was nervous about my eyebrow piercing but her confidence and abilities proved themselves! All around amazing experience, she is the reason I am going to be coming back!

In all my years of shopping between Ulta and Sephora (across the country), I’ve never had such a good experience. Miranda helped me find all the right products while always checking with me about what I envisioned, and what my price range was. I’ve been wearing all of my new products for a little over a week, and I have never felt so happy with my makeup. It’s the look I’ve been trying to achieve for so long. I’ve gotten compliments from all my friends and family. Every single product that Miranda found for me was exactly what I had hoped for, and I leave my house with so much extra confidence thanks to her guidance. Can’t wait to shop this store again. Thanks Miranda!

The store was not organized very well. When I asked about purchasing makeup items that did not test on pets no one even pointed me out in what direction I had to go to and no one came to show me anything. They did say hello when I walked in but did not offer to help me find anything or ask what I was looking for. I wandered around the store until I found what I was looking for but it took a little bit of doing. It was not busy at the time but I am not sure of how many employees there were on staff. It is not the service that I am used to getting in Oak Ridge, Tennessee I will tell you that. I Will either order online when I am in New Hampshire or wait until I go back home to shop in the store.

I would like to see more hairdressers in this place. Your revenue would ski rocket. I was in the store one time recently, waiting to speak to someone about booking an appointment I, and no one was around to be seen. also, I would like to see more natural perfumes in the store

If you love makeup on a budget, then Ulta is the spot. It's nice that they help you do a color match for any foundation you are looking for. They are definitely helpful and just welcoming.

I give this store four stars because it offers a wide variety of products and name brands. They have great sales, and if you're a member, you can even get your hair, nails, or eyebrows done there. They also sell appliances for beauty treatments. I’ve always been able to find what I need, and most of the time, the young ladies and gentlemen who work there are quite helpful.

The staff were so nice and helpful. I was looking for a specific gift item for a friend. They were able to check inventory to see it was in stock and helped me locate it. Saved the day!

I’ve been trying to find the perfect shade of bronzer and blush for years, but to no avail. I walked in at the end of the night and had the best experience. The manager Stephanie I think is her name, helped me find my shade, FINALLY. She listened to my needs and tried a bronzer from Nars in a shade I would never consider but blended like a dream with my complexion. She helped me find the best blush from Polite Society and the combo was perfection. I work in psych and she gave me a recommendation for a setting spray that set my skin for the entire day. I'm skeptical of anything surviving a 12-16 shift but she was right, the Urban Decay ultra matte is that girl. The ladies working were social, fun, and made me feel so special as a customer. Even when it was closing I didn’t feel rushed.
