BEWARE. US Cellular is degrading in their quality. Their technology is vastly outdated, and their customer service is abysmal. Why did I give customer service a call back number if our call dropped...and them NOT call me back? This company is an absolute joke. If you have ANY OTHER CHOICE on the planet.. including a hamster wheel attached to your home router or some string tying two tin cans together, you are far better off.

I've been a customer of theirs for quite a few years. The only thing I was disappointed with was that when looking for older product accessories you cant find them unless you order on anazon. They should keep both old and new available.

If I could give no stars I would!! This job is about customer service regardless of anything else. To treat someone badly because they don't understand what's happening with a device is in poor taste! Especially someone with a disability!!! The older women in there was the rudest I've dealt with in a long while... raising her voice, rolling her eyes... I mean come on!!! She should be fired!!!

Verison has finally arrived in Keene NH. JUMP SHIP immediately if you have US cellular or are considering it! Terrible service, expensive as heck for limited plans. Confusing billing cycles and late credits. Internet drops whenever it feels like. Inaccurate internet usage that drains your monthly limit. The list could go on of why US cellular is a terrible service. This dinosaur is on its way out. They cannot compete at all. If Verison is available in your area I strongly recommend avoiding US Cellular.

Great but there person to person interactions are not always pleasant and they like to leave issues that they are supposed to complete or do up to you and make you contact the manufacturer. But change you for insurance that can't be used for at least the first year FACT!!!!

Received a letter from a collection agency for a debt owed to us cellular. First notification I received. US Cellular did not reach out to me or notify me in any way I owed $180.00. My account online has a zero balance. I pay my bill on time every month. I've been in the store twice in the last 6 months and no mention of debt. I called customer service today and all they said was call the collection agency. Not helpful in anyway. Would not tell me what the bill was for. So annoyed with this company. I've been a customer for years. This is unacceptable.

I have been a US Cellular customer for over 12 years and have always been pleased with the service that I receive when I go online, call, or go into the Keene, NH store, which is closest to where I live. Staff members have always been helpful, prices are reasonable, and billing practices are fair. The best thing is that I get good reception. Not all carriers have reliable reception in rural New Hampshire, but my phone never fails me. I switched over to another service for a month (to get a package deal with my cable and Internet provider) and couldn't get reliable reception at my house so I went back to US Cellular. Glad I did! During COVID-19, I have gone in and have found a careful, clean facility with masked clerks adhering to social distancing guidelines.
