“We were blown away at how above and beyond they went for our 20 yr old son Sammy, in his final years. They made the process as seamless as possible for 2 people that consider their cats their kids... they are now taking care of our Simon who has had stomach problems since he was born. 1 week after being on the prescription food and he's like a different cat. Bowel movements less often and healthy, he sleeps normal, his anxiety is down, he uses the box without help, it's seriously been like having a new cat.
