“I ordered a pair of boots online (because Born no longer carries them and Synergy just happened to have 1 pair left in my size) and when they arrived, I realized that there was some weird glue lump on the inside of one of the boots. I emailed Synergy hoping they had a pair to replace them, unfortunately they didn't, but they offered to cover the cost of me having a local cobbler repair the shoe so that I could still have the boots that I had searched high and low for. Thank you for your above and beyond customer service!”

“Great selection of items and fair prices. The reason why I’m giving them 4 stars it’s because you are forced to either give your phone number or your email if you want the receipt. They should have the ability to just print your receipt which you are entitled to have without giving your oersonal information. So I had to leave the store without a receipt and obviously without the possibility of doing any exhange/return. I’m still very upset about that and for that reason I will not shop again at this store.”
