They added a winch to my argo. Been blowing a fuse ever since. No response to my emails... also, paid for a tuneup, chains are bone dry and covered in superficial rust... took 5 weeks to get machine back, adding insult to injury. Caveat emptor

I am big on supporting local business. But I will never go there again.Girl behind parts desk was rude and looked liked she hated her job and treated me same way. If you don't like your job get a new one. You're in customer service smile and say hello. Also went with starter for lawn mower told me it would be $240.00. Went online found John Deere starter for $40.00.

I called to check the availability of a part. I was told the Derry location had several in stock. I drove an hour to that location to be told that they did have it in inventory but unable to locate the part. Poorly organized operation. When I asked if I could order it and have them ship it to my house I was told no. I'll take future business to Dover John Deere.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I brought my Ztrack mower in for an issue April 22nd for an issue. They told me it would take 2 weeks to fix so I delivered it to the store. I called on the morning of May 1st to check on the progress and they said it was next to be serviced. So I thought they were going to call me right back. I didn't hear anything for a few days and called back and they said they are still working on a machine in the shop. I asked if they only had one mechanic and they told me that one left so right now they only have one but assured me that they would call me soon with an estimate. I didn't hear back so I called on May 4th. This time I pressured them to look at the mower. They called back and gave me an estimate for $269 but not for what I brought it in for but other things they found. When I asked about my issue, they said they couldn't find the problem and they don't have time to run the unit for the diagnosis. I pressured them to find the problem and gave them possible places to look. He came back ten minutes later with an estimate of over $800. I ended up picking the mower up and bring it to a reputable company. I bought over $27000 worth of equipment from this place. Thier service department is terrible. One more thing I didn't mention. I brought this same unit in for service last year and all 4 tires were flat. I just thought this was a fluke thing but now I know this is their normal practice.

I purchased my John Deere tractor from Rosenkrantz five years ago (the owner personally delivered it to me when I had a problem with sales) and have had it maintained by them annually ever since. Mike, their traveling mechanic has been excellent and the tractor has never had a problem. Excellent service, and highly recommended.

Great place, needed something on the spot they took care of me right then and there. I was stuck without a way to get it home and the owner's son brought me all the way home with it, probably 20 miles . I would recommend J. R. Rosencrantz to anyone.

Worse experience in both buying my tractor and having it serviced. This is my third John Deer tractor in 20 years and I will never buy another John Deer tractor especially from this dealer.

I bought a D.R. Leaf Vacuum after one use it had small holes then I noticed a patch on the back. Showed it to the manager and he told me there was nothing he could do. I bought a lot of products from them including 2 tractors. Will never use them again, horrible

When given the opportunity to knock it out of the park and provide Exceptional Customer service, Parts Department just recited policy resulting in no help at all. The situation was brutally simple no money involved just a little effort no help.

Twice I have been victim of their bait and switch sales, once with a tractor, now with a gator. They even took our $1600 deposit then told us they had sold the gator to someone else. We were loading up the truck and trailer to pick it up. No integrity whatsoever. Sorry but we will never darken your door ever.

Ok,let me tell you a story about a deer,once appon a time there was a deer and his name was John,he was a hard worker,he could do what others could not,this deer made all the others follow and try to accomplish what John deer could,but John deer stayed true to himself, because he was the only green deer ever to live. This dear is old ,strong ,and will always be the hardest working deer of all time.

We recently moved our tractor service to Rosencrantz. The tech sent out for service is excellent but beware, service is very expensive. How expensive? How about $420 for an hour.
