“We recently had to say goodbye to our golden retriever, Leo. It’s a devastating day that every pet owner dreads. We were so appreciative of the kindness shown by everyone. Thinking of things like a separate entrance to come and leave through, and serving Leo the biggest dog bowl of ice cream, complete with m&m’s, chocolate sauce and whipped cream. It was a sweet gesture and one Leo loved. We never felt rushed before, during or after. Everything was handled with care and thoughtfulness. When I returned to pick up Leo’s ashes and saw the treats I had donated sitting on the counter with his name on them, it made me smile. Thank you for remembering him and thank you for everything.”
“Kind, warm, and expert care from vets and assistants, with easy referrals to specialists for my large Lab’s orthopedic needs and his bout with cancer. My boy is quite aged now and starting to fade, but they have been with us all the way from his baby puppy months and it comforts me to know they will walk with us to the end. They answer messages quickly and I have never been in doubt that they know what they’re doing and they care.”

Skye my 120 pound Rottweiler tends to get quite anxious about vet visits, despite being incredibly friendly. She's cautious when meeting new people, so finding a welcoming environment was a priority for us. From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by the level of care given to my dog. The two assistants were exceptionally kind and attentive, which helped her feel comfortable and significantly reduced her anxiety.
