“This H&R BLOCK always great! We started coming here in 2014 after our then tax prep determined we owed what seemed a very large amount. As a second opinion, of sorts, we saw Joan (retired now- she was so awesome) who looked it over and while we still owed, it was a more reasonable amount.
We saw Laurette Pilkington this last time-very polite and quite efficient! We needed three more documents, but my wife was able to get them and things wrapped up nicely. Laurette got things rolling and very quick to get back if there were questions or problems. I HATE tax time and so much less aggravation with this business helping out.
A big shout out to the front desk personnel-the young lady (dark hair, slim, glasses ) is great and we had a very nice gentleman (glasses, white hair) who helped us check out with no problems.
