The staff at Irwin Chevrolet made my truck purchase a simple, no pressure and stress-free experience.
Naomi and Alex were outstanding, provided wonderful customer service and answers to all my questions.
Though I was pre-approved with my personal credit union, with Irwins pool of lenders which also included my credit union, they found someone to beat my credit unions offer by .5%, saving me even more money.
I love my new Silverado High Country, thank you Naomi and Alex for your all of your help!

Simply exceptional sales service from start to finish. Purchased a brand new 2026 Silverado HD I've owned 6 vehicles in my lifetime and this was by far the easiest buying process. No pushy sales guys/gals, no pushy finance folks. I knew what I wanted and Irwin by far had the best deal. Communicated mostly through text and email set up appt. When I arrived truck was cleaned and ready to go I test drove, signed paperwork, and was driving home in my new vehicle within an hour of arrival. Thank you Naomi for an amazing buying experience!

Recently purchased a used Mitsubishi Outlander, and it was a great experience. Randy worked with us to get all the paperwork completed through email, he was thorough and prompt in his replies, and answered every question we threw at him. Coming in to sign the finance papers was fast, and even though I was extremely anxious and nervous, and probably came across as rude or bratty, both Randy and Alex treated us with professionalism and made my first car buying experience a pleasant one.

Great experience. Cameron was knowledgeable about the vehicle, the process and did a great job to make the process easy. No pressure at all. My past experiences at other dealerships were horrible, high pressure and they didn't listen to me. Not so at Irwins. Highly recommend Irwins, and Cameron.

Recently I moved to NH and wanted to trade in my 2020 Chevy Equinox for a new 2026 Equinox due to my >100 mile round trip daily commute. I worked with Cameron McGonagle who was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I have bought a handful of cars in my adult life and, I must say, this was by far the best car buying experience from start to finish! I knew what I wanted already and Cameron made it happen. He made everything effortlessly easy: From setting up a time to test drive, to the paperwork, to taking care of switching the insurance. I had a couple things I was interested in and Cameron ensured I got exactly what I wanted. Alex the financial services manager was also great to work with! I added all weather mats to the package and Cameron contacted me the next day to let me know they were already in (and even helped me put them in)! All in all, I was in and out in a couple hours and it was actually an enjoyable experience (without even needing the qualifier ‘for a dealership!’). I would definitely recommend purchasing a new car at Irwin Chevy to anyone in the market. Thanks Cameron!
