We had a wonderful time at Channel Waterfront Cottages. The cottage was absolutely immaculate, with many amenities and very comfortable, with a fantastic view right on the channel. We especially enjoyed the convenient location near Weirs Beach. The owners were incredibly accommodating and added to the great experience. We definitely will refer family and friends.

Tried to book a room here over a month ago, could not get a price for the room I wanted. Instead of giving me a price, they just said i didnt have enough guests. They tried to sell me a different room, but still didn't give a price. So now I ask about the night I needed, for recommended room, and in response, was told we couldn't rent just one night. So I asked how much for the two nights. Why does the guest count matter? Dont know. Price would be the same wouldnt it? One month later I get a follow up email, trying to place me in a room. I ask AGAIN about the room I originally wanted, I am told its a minimum 3 night stay, for almost 1000 dollars. This is the first time I got a price, and for nights I dont even need, and a month after I tried to book a single night. That being said I would have done two night but apparently thats not enough money for them. I already booked somewhere else. This guy Jose is a nightmare to get information from. Dont waste your time here. Its a rip off and nothing but a run around. Get what you want, if you dont get what you want go somewhere else, much less frustrating. You lost a rental Jose

I'm sure this is the right place for certain types of people, but the lack of customer care, general attitude of José, and predatory booking practices was enough to get me running, not walking, for the closest exit.
Location is good, so I guess they think they can get away with it. 🤷

This place is impeccable. Everything is cleaner than clean tended to and pristine. So fun sitting by the channel watch the boats and relaxing. Walkable to everything around weirs beach. Jose thank you for a great stay.

Where do I begin...... Jose and Stacie are the ultimate hosts, from check in to departure they cater to all your possible needs. The cabins are super clean and updated. The property is pristine and pride of ownership shows through all over. The location is close to everything and walkable to the Weirs boulevard. My favorite part of our stay was sitting on the island and watching the boats go by. The people watching is the best from the seats on the island. There is plenty of room to swim and even bring your boat with you. 5 star rating all around, we can't wait to return.

An absolutely great place to stay. The cottages are all clean and neat as a pin. We stayed in one of the ones right on the channel. Sit back and watch the boats go by all day long. Everything about the facility is top notch. Jose keeps everything in fine working order. Highly recommended!

Just finished our second stay at the cottages and will continue to come back. Amazing location, awesome views - especially from the waterfront cottages. Clean, well maintained, and everything you could need very close by. Also, Jose is the best host! Very responsive, friendly, and helpful which makes the experience even more enjoyable. We look forward to coming back for a third time.

I absolutely cannot recommend highly enough. We rented 6 cabins for our bridal party the weekend of our wedding, and staying here was truly the highlight of our week. Stacie and Jose went above and beyond for us and were so accommodating to our entire group. Cabins were clean, well maintained and SO cute!
Highly recommend, we will certainly be back!
Walkability: Weirs Beach is a short walk across the bridge!

Great vacation place! Stayed at cottage with 10 of us for weekend! Cottage was well equipped with everything we needed. Deck was spacious and perfect for sunset! Gas grill there too. Kitchen had coffeemaker and plenty of dishes and glasses too. Beds were very comfy. Jose and Stacy were perfect hosts and always quick to answer our questions. Spent time at beach and really enjoyed area too! Kids and adults all enjoyed swimming. Hope to be back soon!

We found Channel cottages after years of going away as a large group for Memorial Day weekend. We always found a new and exciting place to stay each weekend. Well, Channel cottages and Jose and Stacie (owners) have made us family. Next time we arrive in 2025 will be 10 years in a row that we have been constant renters. They have watched all of us grow our families, add significant others, and also shared their own lives with us through the years. Jose is a fanatic when it comes to upkeep and landscaping and always seems on the move, but still always has time to slow down and spend a little time with each guest. It’s something my kids look forward to every year and even talk about our “weekend at the cottages” all year long. Can’t wait to celebrate our 10th anniversary.

We have spent 9 consecutive Memorial Day weekends at Channel Cottages. It's a perfect location for kids & adults with a quick walk to Weirs Beach, arcades, etc. We spend the weekend relaxing, watching the boats, grilling and making lots of memories. Jose & Stacie are the most gracious hosts!

Where do we begin? This is our 12th year staying as guests at Channel Waterfront Cottages. You will not find a better spot on the Lake to stay! We find that we don't like to leave the property from the time we arrive until the time we leave. Whether we are sitting on the island watching the boats go by, floating in the lake at the sandy beach or grilling lakeside, there is no place we would rather be! The property is immaculate and the cottages have everything you need during your stay. It is the perfect spot for families and well as adult weekend getaways. It is the only place our family wants to go on vacation. Speaking of family, Jose', Stacie & their girls have become family! We look forward to our visits with them throughout the Summer. They go above and beyond to make sure our stay is the best possible! We highly recommend Channel Waterfront Cottages....book today, you will not be disappointed.
