Just went in there the bathroom is out of order. The cashier will not let me wash my hands . I do not feel comfortable knowing that I just sneezed a booger in to my hand and now the cashier will not let me use anything to clean them … I just wanted a coffee and do not want to possibly leave my germs around … to me that means there is no sense of hygiene or infection control
In this establishment and this needs to be worked on.

This store is terrible, there are homeless/drug addicts hanging out in front of the store. Probably waiting on the ones that work there. The prices are ridiculous, the store is filthy and I get harrased for money every time i exit the store.

the place is disgusting and has a horrid bathroom. they close at random hours too, so it's not very reliable. there's also a cranky woman who works there who's very disrespectful and likes to throw around vulgar obscenities at people. however, there's a guy named austin who works there who's so kind to all customers, is always doing the work, very enthusiastic about his job and is just a good person overall (unlike the old woman, karrie or something)

Sign on the door says the hours are from 5 am to midnight, but are closed at 1030 pm.

Woof! This Cumberland farms hasn't been remodeled since atleast the '90s not clean. I walked in to use the bathroom and buy something. The restroom was not available in their machines were down. I would suggest going down the street

I have been going to this store for years..over the whole Covid years they've been going through issues with employees and hours..granted, I was there 15 min before they close, needless to say the door was locked and the employees just looked at me and turned they're head as if I was invisible..very upset over this!!!! They were doing they're shopping!! Ignoring the fact 3 other people were standing outside waiting to spend there money during posted open hours of operation..they closed and just blatantly went about taking and bagging the goods they were taking home. Ignorance isn't bliss!! Shame on you Cumberland Farms Laconia!!!

Change your hours to match I looked up to see when store closes and said 24 hours and I went there and come to find out they close at 10 pm if it was posted on website correctly then I wouldn't have wasted my time going there at that time

You’d think that a multi-billion dollar business with over 6000 employees thats been operating since 1939 (according to “Google”)Would be able to offer some type of sign on bonus or pay incentive to their employees that being short staffed would never be an issue, never mind having to close the only 24hr store open in the city...
