“I have nothing but nice things to say about Channel Cottages.Jose, the owner and his staff, help make your stay a pleasant one.They are always on call, ready to fulfill your requests, if you should need anything.The grounds are maintained beautifully.This location is set up in the perfect spot on the canal of the lake.The definition of relaxation is to sit on the island and watch the boats go by.It's just an overall great experience here.My wife and I have stayed here multiple times with great friends, and we will be back.Walkability: Plenty to do and see close-by. Most notably, Weirs Beach and Boardwalk, which is a short 5 minute walk.”

“We highly recommend Lake Life Inn. Our hostess Stacy could not be more welcoming & helpful. It's a very easy check in, the room had everything you need & more like renting a little cabin than a hotel room. The location is close to the Pier and Boardwalk but somehow peaceful and laid back. It's a very friendly street with a swimming spot a few steps down. We love it here!”

The location, in Laconia can't be beat, the staff were exceptionally accommodating, the room was very clean, good linens (walls a little thin, but our neighbors were quiet), and a nice pool.Nearby activities: Weirs Beach (with watercraft rentals), World's largest Arcade, Bank of NH Pavilion, White Mountains.Walkability: Walking distance to: beach, shops, restaurants, scenic train, Mt. Washington boat cruise.”
