Went this morning to pick up a few things. No one was at the checkout so I rang the bell. Waited 2-3 minutes before the cashier slowly shuffled out of a nearby aisle, rubbing her eyes. Without a word she started scanning my items and literally tossing them into one large bag. When I asked for a separate bag for a greeting card, she stared at me like I had two heads. At the end of the transaction I wished her a nice day and she shuffled off without a word.

This is the second month I have used Laconia for filling my prescriptions and each time I have noticed that I've not only come up short on pills, but that some my capsules were only half filled, meaning that they were being skimmed from. You need to start drug testing the people that work in your pharmacy.

Incredibly expensive,I just get 1 med there because I live across the street so it's convenient.i buy very little there that's not on sale,the reward's are not really worth shopping there enough to get any "reward's" is what I think about that.

Two times now Rite Aide has not had my medication in stock . They always say “we will order it “ check back on Monday “ When Monday comes they still don’t have it ! I’m so disgusted with that place . I’m switching all my medication over to CVS ! I called one of my medications in on June 22nd and still no word from them about it . I called Rite Aide customer care to file a complaint!

Person working drive through was very rude waited 20 min no one was in line bars were pulled shut inside from what I could tell. Worker in drive thru came over and yelled at me saying you need to only press the call button once not twice. I said I've waited 20 min and she said now you can wait till tomorrow and walked off. So very rude what if it was an emergency prescription that was needed.

The pharmacist was very helpful showing me where a product was that I couldn't find in the pharmacy. The store was clean and well stocked.

I wouldn’t recommend this place they will tell you something that’s 100 percent not true and they call themselves a pharmacist so funny I bet they get there info from google they don’t know what they are doing

I don’t receive texts for my own prescriptions even though I’m signed up. I received a text 2/8 that my son’s prescription refill was received too early and would be filled 2/9. I didn’t receive any notifications after that. His prescription doesn’t even show in my account online. I called today and was told they are out of his medication and won’t have any until Monday. I should have received a text or call or something notifying me as soon as they couldn’t fill it. Now I am trying to find medicine for my son at a different Rite Aid because the stores won’t communicate. You can’t transfer prescriptions to another store so I also have to hope the doctor will send it over to a new store in time before hey close for the weekend. 3 months in a row my sons refill was late because you had the wrong D.E.A. # for the doctor, but I had to do ALL of the calling to Rite Aid and back to the doctors, back and forth 3 months in a row, begging for someone to figure it out. Finally someone had the brains to call the doctor’s office and fix it.

Had an asthma attack got a inhailer prescribed to me Went to pick it up the pharmacist was Awful not understanding Tried claim in my doctor didn't Send the script over So I called the doctor's office to find out that they did send the script over they then try to refuse to give me my inhaler they Were extremely insensitive to my situation And then got mad when I copped an attitude back. just very poor customer service. You don't play with someone's inhaler when they depend on it to help them breathe. Jesse I believe that was his name glasses black t-shirt super J*** but nice to know you don't believe in God however that didn't give you the right to down me because I do!!!!

I love Rite Aid, there were some tough times during Covid but it is back to normal now.
