I had a package get lost. Called the office and a very nice man (wish i caught his name) answered the phone actually tracked down my package and he is holding it aside for me to pick up. Wonderful customer service and greatly appreciated!

they don t even pickup on the phone line. i have my package returned to the seller but i don t know why, they did not even try to deliver it

My package was delivered to Laconia and I don't even live there! I tried to call to see what went wrong and it wouldn't let me talk to any humans. The automated help was completely useless!

This place is a joke and should be put out of business Gilford should have their own damn post office I called and complain that the guy that delivered mail on this route did not leave a key in my mailbox the key to unlock the package mailboxes not only did he not give me the key I went to the post office and they said they would send somebody back out now I had a package get delivered today so I know they were here and still no key my package is stuck inside a mailbox because this place is incompetent and run by a bunch of fools I can't believe our tax paying dollars fund this Idiocracy.

Our mail is not being delivered to our address.We are missing all kinds of mail.And you can't even call the post office because they only offer an eight hundred number that you have to go through twenty minutes of listening to nothing before you can even try to figure it out

I have to say that everyone at this post office was extremely helpful and pleasant! We are staying at a friends condo in Gilford and I forgot to put the unit # on the address for two Christmas gifts, which were already enroute. I panicked, once I realized the error. I tried the USPS 800 number and THAT number was useless. So I went to the post office, gave the clerk the tracking numbers, and explained what happened. They were very accommodating. One package was given to me and the next was delivered properly two days later! Could not have asked for better customer service and nicer people!! Thank you!

So, I went to pick up packages for my cousin who is getting married next weekend and she called ahead giving the postal crew my name to pick them up. We are only here on weekends because it is a summer house. The woman at the counter told me I could not pick up the packages for a family member. (Same last name). Three days later I went back with the owner of the packages and no ID was required … waste of time if you ask me.

Constantly screwing up mail delivery. The only time delivery is not screwed up is the days they don't bother showing up at all. Absolutely disgusting.
