BEWARE OF BED BUGS!!! The staff were all pleasant so it’s a shame we had this experience. Myself, my boyfriend and our 4 month old baby stayed in room 203 from February 17th to the 18th. We have never in our lives had any type of bed bug bites period. And especially never after a hotel or motel stay. Thankfully our 4 month old sleeps in his bassinet. He did not have any bites. I woke up throughout the night because not only is the bed insanely uncomfortable and ridiculously loud but I also wanted to scratch my skin off because of how itchy I was. We both woke up to multiple bites. I had got bitten 3 times in one spot. He had bites on his head and hands.

Have stayed here several times in the summer and winter, with the kids, to visit Santa’s Village. Certain things are outdated but Lancaster is in the middle of nowhere, so what do you expect. Everything works in the rooms. No microwaves in the rooms but can use a communal one in the lobby. Full spread for breakfast including Belgian waffle makers. The pool was colder in the summer but this past weekend it was great, nice and warm. I think the hot tub is too hot every time though. Arcade for the kids. Have not seen the gym because I always have little kids with me. I have had to ask our neighbors before to ask their kids to stop running through the hallways, late at night. They immediately had them stop. All of the staff are attentive. Will stay again, thanks.

Have stayed here multiple times. The kids love the indoor pool and game room. Breakfast buffet is basic but a nice benefit. Nice views. 5 minutes to Santa's Village and 5 minutes to everything in Lancaster.

Please check, what rooms you get. There are 2 buildings, one is a cheap motor inn with a view of a parking lot.You will have to cross the road to get to the pool and to have breakfast.Breakfast leaves much to be desired. Breakfast is served on the paper plates and paper cups, forget about sustainability.I travel a lot, I believe this is my first negative experience.

Really was not impressed with our stay last night. Extremely uncomfortable beds, very tiny bathrooms, and the "complementary breakfast" was nearly inedible. For the price of our stay, I thought it would be at least a little better, but unfortunately, that's just not the case. We paid for two nights, and we're still debating on if we want to stay for the second night. It's awful!

The Cabot Inn exceeded my expectations based on some previous reviews. The location is perfect for visiting Santa's Village. They staff were welcoming and attentive. The rooms were very clean. Some things were dated but everything was very nice. The Inn is very family friendly and the included breakfast also was better than expected and offered some hot items. The pool, game room, and gym were wonderful. We would absolutely stay here again.

I stay here sometimes, but this time I didn't have a great experience. I got there around 9 pm. and settled the kids in. I got my son to bed out like a light, and then the sink started making a weird bubbling noise. We brought it up to the front desk, and we switched rooms. I had to carry my sleeping son to the next room. We were told we were going to have a nice view of the mountains, and when I looked out in the morning, it was a view of trees. I also noticed a weird white spot on the carpet.Safety: They have 2 locks for the door so I felt extra safe. Some
