Best kept secret in the region. I am so happy that they've kept it going! We make an annual order and give them as gifts here in S.NM. Lightyears better than the next best.

Morgan is awesome, call the place, make a reservation ahead of time, even same day. Great explanation how everything works, how they process the syrup. No additives, pure natural syrup how the world intended. Great tasting demonstration. Worth your time!!

Amazing maple syrup and amazing people! Franconia gave us an excellent tour, we had never visited a sugar shack before and it definitely was one of the highlights of our New England honeymoon. Definitely worth a visit — make sure to book it on their website!
