Incredibly rude, they were condescending over a misunderstanding and unnecessarily aggressive when I attempted to apologize. I'll never donate or shop here again.

Highest prices anywhere, I walked through the entire store to look at a variety of items, walked out empty handed, prices through the roof, a half hour drive way a used shirt is a dollar or two in St j, and $8 dollars here, same goes for games, books, collectibles. The consigners must not be too concerned whether there inventory moves or sits on the shelf collecting dust.

I normally wouldn't bother with this, however I wish to Provide the Owner & Employees of this store a Learning opportunity to Provide Future customers with an enjoyable shopping environment/experience. I have been a loyal customer for years, there have been many times that I have spent close to $100 or more, just this year alone. So it's a real shame to have been treated the way I was, considering that I have literally chose to support this local business as opposed to shopping online for much of the time, better deals, shipped to my door. I love thrifting, the whole experience & also supporting local businesses. The One time I bring an unacceptable situation to their attention, instead of apologizing to me, and making things right, it was made out to be this major inconvenience, I was made to feel as though I was looked at condescendingly, Gas Lit, so to speak. Because I Bought a DVD and didn't realize that the employee wasn't capable of putting the correct DVD into the case, I wrongfully made the assumption, took the DVD home, took the sticker off, and added it to the stack. Much to my disappointment about (2) weeks later, I finally grabbed the DVD to have dinner & a Movie, I discovered that the wrong disk was given to me. I didn't bother calling as I knew I intended to visit & shop around soon, as I do frequent there quite often. I Brought the DVD & Case up to the counter, upon my arrival & was met with a Negative, Condescending attitude , which is Absolutely Unacceptable, especially considering I initially offered to purchase the original DVD I was given also, which I did end up doing. When I could have just demanded what I paid for & left, as I suspect most would do in this situation. Needless to say, the Proper DVD, I paid for, was found in no time, after complaining of how massive of an inconvenience it was & making me feel bad/wrong about the situation, when in fact it was the incompetence of an employee. SO I ask, why would I ever wish to shop her again? Perhaps an attitude adjustment, as well as some appreciation for the customer is in order, I mean sometimes there are great deals, though much of the time I find that prices are pretty close to retail, so aside from supporting a local business, why should I bother to continue shopping here, if I can't trust that my needs will be met as a customer, when I can literally get whatever I wished shipped to my door for a competitive if not better price. I will go as far to say that I have thrown away multiple DVDs that were scratched beyond use, which I purchased here in the past and ate the cost, because I supported this store and was willing to look beyond it, so another thing they can improve upon, checking the disks before putting them out for sale to ensure their customer is getting what they paid for, a functioning DVD. It literally doesn't take but a few more seconds, of which the customer deserves, in an effort to avoid further fiascos such as the one I endured. If one can't be bothers to make an extra effort, why should I bother shopping here? This was one of my favorite stores up til this interaction, now that I was made to feel uncomfortable I really don't feel like going back, I suspect I will in time, as I fully comprehend that mistakes are made and that we shouldn't be measured by them. I wish for the constructive criticism within this review to be taken into consideration as it would certainly be in the Shops best interest.

Found one item at an ok price. This place wanted $25 for uses rain boots that I know sold for 19.99 new. There was a ton of super over priced stuff in here. Another thing was a used Pyrex for $15. Come on! Thrift stores are for reasonable deals. They are not supposed to rip people off.

Stopped here for the first time while passing through town. I loved the variety of the many options available. I spent well over an hour here and still didn’t get through everything! The store is well organized and thankfully not cramped. Cashier was friendly. That said, while I understand this is a consignment store, I agree with other reviews saying some of the products are overpriced. For just a few dollars more, you can get brand new. I wish prices were more realistic in reflecting used items. I still was able to find a few things, but I would have purchased more if pricing was better. I will visit this store again if I get the chance.

A very nice and tidy consignment shop with a good selection of items. The store is very large. I do agree that prices are a little higher than normal but the items are in good condition, the store is organized and well kept, and the employees are kind so it’s worth it.

Went for a day trip to come check the store out and I was in awe by how much stuff is in the store when I first opened the door. I shopped around and found a few things. Unfortunately I felt that a lot of the items here were really overpriced (I understand it’s a consignment store) I just feel that some prices I saw were the same as that item would cost me brand new in the store. Items should reflect how used they look/how old etc. You can find just about anything here but definitely make sure you have money to spend!

I come to this consignment shop every year while camping. I love the array of stuff that they have! The people that work there are friendly. Easy parking. Prices are a little higher than most shops I've been to, but worth going!

Lots of things every where, most at reasonable prices. Clothes,books, furniture, glassware, and you name it!Friendly people throughout on occasions free stuff outside for the taking. Always find something I can't live without! Lots of fun!

I really do love this store. I love coming here and looking around at all the pretty things that I can't afford. I understand this is a consignment store, not a thrift store, but the prices used to be more small-town friendly. I still try and support this local business as much as I can, but I really wish some of the prices would be updated to reflect used condition (not that they look used, but that they are from previous seasons and have been marked down in retail stores, but the prices here don't reflect that).The staff is great.The owner is awesome.The place is not super cramped like some second hand store tend to get.
