I got in to apsen dental for the free exam in hopes to make a future appt to get my wisdom teeth pulled and have some supposed periodontal cleaning. $7000 I was quoted and then was told I was approved for care credit for $2000 out of the 7000. I made another appt and 3 days later I got a notice in the mail saying I wasn't approved for care credit. Normal people dont have thousands of dollars to spend or can afford insurance..I was thinking more like $3000 or less since it's not much work... I'll keep searching for a good honest dr with morals

Don't be fooled X-rays are NOT free you will be charged if you don't sign a contract for a long list of treatments that are Bulls@#$ . The whole thing sounded fishy to me so I got a second opinion most of the work they wanted to do i didn't need and what I went in for if they had fixed it would have failed in less than a month it was better left aloneSo just beware

One hour of waiting (told to come 15 minutes early, called me in another 20 minutes to sit in the dentist chair for another 20 minutes before the dentist arrived, I said I just wanted to know my options to get my teeth straightened, he went away for 15 minutes and took one minute lookingIn my mouth, walked away, waited 20 min a lady comes back and says “follow me” and gives me a bill for $197.00 nothing done one minute looking in mouth, and an orthodontist referral.No pictures taken already had them, they could have just given the orthodontist referral over the phone. They had seen my mouth before. Had all the pictures. Waist of time and $

This is a very predatory business and a complete failure of medical epidemiology due to over diagnosis of unnecessary care to get extra money. They first take over $100 for just X-rays and a very cursory check of your teeth. Then, they take another $120 up front for a cleaning and aggressively try to upsell you for extremely expensive periodontal care, refusing to even do the cleaning you paid for but wanting $900 for periodontal care without antibiotics or an even more ludicrous $1700 with antibiotics on a way meant to prey on people who are scared or don’t know better. Oftentimes with a second opinion this care is not necessary and I have seen many online share a similar experience. Avoid this ripoff if you have any other choice!!

See how much they care… it’s been days since my review, and customer service supposedly was told, and I have not heard a thing. THEY CARE ABOUT MONEY AND LIES!! Not you the patient. Save yourself!!Aspen has a habit of not being honest with their customers. I was told that these are my temporary plates, and after 6 months I would get my permanent dentures. I called today to make that appointment and I’m told that these teeth are my permanent teeth that there will not be a permanent set. I paid over 8,000. for this procedure, and temporaries. I highly recommend checking elsewhere, and if they mention permanent teeth, get it in writing. I’m checking into an attorney for being totally lied to, and I have witnesses, and I voice recorded the conversation. They will have to make this right.

My appointment was at 9 and they did not unlock or open the doors until a few minutes after. The hygienist was pleasant and attentive. But she did not appear to know where to find the items she needed and then appeared rushed at the end of my cleaning when another staff person told her that her next patient was being brought back. Before my appointment there was confusion as I received a text saying my appointment needed to be rescheduled but then someone called me after I had left 2 messages with no return call until the next week confirming my appointment.

I would not recommend Aspen Dental to anyone. Horrible experience all around from their response rate, customer service to even billing. If you can go anywhere else you should.
