Dave was responsive, helped us find a tow truck, was transparent about the work we needed and when his team could get it done, and got us safely back on the road home at the end of our trip. Pricing was fair, the brakes are now working great and we're very grateful to Dave swooping in to help us in a pinch!”
“A great experience! When our car hit a porcupine, it ruined our front bumper along with some other damage. Kidder's gave us a quote right away and sewed the bumper together. They worked well with our insurance company on clarifying the insurance coverage right away. Without a long wait, they replaced the bumper and other ruined parts with excellent results and returned the car after cleaning the entire car. Very easy to work with and answered all of our questions. Very satisfied!”

“Need a tire urgently and Valarie was able to get me in early the next day. She made me feel welcomed and at ease as soon as I entered the office. Valarie even gave me a “Tiny Positive Potato” that brightened a week that had been going very rough. The service crew worked efficiently and got me in and out in no time. They also went the extra mile to put my spare tire and equipment back in its hidden compartment and place my keys in an easily visible/accessible location. It is the little touches that can make a difference. Thank you for helping me in my time of need, it is greatly appreciated. Would recommend without reservation!”
“We have large screen doors and have always wondered how I might replace them. A neighbor had Portland Glass do some screen doors and sent Bill over. He measured and gave me a quote and came to the house a week later and replaced the screens and did a fantastic job !!!!!”
“I went in for an inspection sticker but ended up needing a part that would of costed around $1000 without labor, instead of him profiting of the situation he referred me to a guy that was able to custom fab the part together for me and install it for under $200. That was the first time I had ever had dealings with the guy, he showed me theirs still good honest business owners out here. Their the ONLY garage I've had positive experiences with in the area and I highly recommend for any of your auto repairs or maintenance!”

“Doug's deserves high regard for handing an impromptu service request with speed and agility today. My car's alternator went out while travelling midway in my 350 mile trek and Doug's allowed me to have car towed in, vehicle readied while awaiting part, allowed part be sent in from a local parts distributor so as to get me back on the road in record time, all with a friendly northeastern New Hampshire manner, that by the way is so unique even to a Midwesterner to Central Mass. transplant. Doug's it seems will go the extra mile to assist.”
