Adequate facility; okay value for the money. The hours are tough for people who don’t work 9-5 M-F jobs, as they close at 4pm on weekends and the pool and hot tub are closed for half of the day, which personally greatly diminishes the value of the amenities we’re paying for. There really aren’t any better options in the area, so it is what it is.

Whether intentional or not, the closing of the pool for three hours every afternoon, as well as being closed VERY early on weekends, fails to take into consideration the different reasons why people join the CCBA. It is also discriminatory: for seniors during the week, when that might be an opportune time for them, and parents on weekends (consider that that these may be the ONLY times available to those groups).I am an elderly, disabled adult, and what little comfort I can find from the constant pain of osteoarthritis, is afforded by the pool and jacuzzi. That's why I joined. (I do work out--and that is another issue--but I find the "privilege" of membership rather expensive.)Instead of allowing access to the dues-paying members, the CCBA often closes the pool and RENTS it out! (I think that is clearly "double-dipping.")Other issues that arose while I was there were safety concerns in the weight room; a general lack of response to submitted suggestions concerning health and safety; and a total absence of supervision at times when it might have proven critical, if not dangerous.I did take note of many positive reviews on the website (the majority of which go back many years), so there are members who are content. (Whether I am more difficult to please, or just more observant, is debatable.)Take my statements as they were intended: improvement. When embraced, feedback can prove a positive construct. Obstinance, however, almost always ends in a negative result.

We signed up for swim lessons. Instructor is often not ready on time. Starts a few minutes late yet finishes at the normal time. Today, they did not show up due to covid exposure. There was no email. Not in spam. Not in other folders. No phone call. If it weren't for the late starts, or if she taught the full 30 minutes when they (the instructor) were late, I would give the benefit of the doubt. When I am late, I would not expect a full 30 minutes. When the instructor is late, then I would. I don't feel like this is an unreasonable expectation.I let the kids swim for a short period of time because they had prepared for it. The life gaurd yelled at them for using pool swim aids that are on display next to the pool. For what it is worth, the kids like the swim teacher when they do get around to teaching.

Quality place to go to the gym. Always clean and the patrons do a good job at cleaning the equipment after using it. A lot of other equipment than what you can find at most gyms. One star removed because a lot of patrons sit on equipment and dont move when people are waiting.Overall, this place is an asset to the community

I've been going here for the last three months and am nothing but impressed. If you need a gym in the Lebanon area this is a great spot. All the staff I've interacted with are always professional and knowledgeable. Facility is very clean with lots of resources. The weight room is pretty old but has everything you need. Plenty of machines and a full cardio room. Never taken one but the classes look great in the pool or the studio. Downstairs they have ergs and another training room which is normally pretty empty. Locker rooms are clean and include a Sauna which is great. Pool is great and includes a variety of classes all week. Besides the staff the people you meet at the Ccba are always super nice and welcoming I highly recommend this center.

I’ve been a member of CCBA for close to 40 years and I’ve never been more impressed with the staff and the facility. After reopening from COVID closure the staff has worked really hard to keep the building and especially the equipment in top shape and very clean. They’ve asked members to help clean the equipment after each use and members have responded to make sure the equipment is ready for the next person. They have made sure all the facilities are in top shape putting new grout on the entire pool when they needed to fix a leak in one area. The entire staff is very knowledgeable about the skills needed to make the classes run smoothly and safely. The entire building and facilities are in like-new condition even though over forty years old. I can confidently recommend membership to anyone interested in a safe and well-run health facility.

I have been so impressed w/how CCBA has handled the pandemic.I always felt safe after i returned in Aug 2020. .They clean constantly, enforce mask wearing , temperature taking at first and social distancing.I work out on cardio equipment in a room the size of half a gym and i am usually only one of 3 or 4 peopling there so we are easily 10 feet apart always. Kind, attentive staff, online classes available too.
