“I never leave reviews but I feel the need I have to share my detailed experience to overcompensate these bad reviews.I'm in an area where there are zero Apple tech experts. Apple told me about Systems Plus when I called losing my mind about a minor water mishap (as though I thought) to my MacBook Pro that was just a few years old. I called them right away and not only were they so accommodating, they were so sympathetic because they could tell how upset I was. Chris, the technician took the time to speak to me on the phone prior to my visit so I could mentally prepare myself of the possible diagnosis's. I then drove 1 1/2 after I got off the phone with him and they knew when I entered the store it was me after just seeing the worry on my face.I was greeted by the daughter of the owner, the owner himself (Bob), and Chris who immediately started to check my laptop. After a few minutes he told me the diagnosis and he felt terrible...they all did. . The odds that the little water would result not only a black screen but it also hitting the WiFi component is unreal and just bad luck.So I had to buy a new laptop.The difference with buying from them and from Apple are very different. They were able to guide me to the most compatible laptop after learning what i use it for. If I had gone through Apple online, I would of bought the wrong one and would most likely been annoyed with it after learning what it could not do for me...basically how I felt about my old laptop.They were getting a new shipment in the next day that included the laptop i decided to purchase and I was fine with that. Also, they would migrate over all my data to the new laptop since it would be difficult to do it myself with a black screen.The next day I was on the apple website and I saw there was a $200 price difference so I called assuming they were charging more but little did I know I was in the Education page of the Apple website. Bob, the owner, very professional and very kind stating that was the Educational price and to call Apple so they could better explain to me. I just never heard of it before and I was 100% wrong to assume I was being charged more. I called Bob back to apologize and to move forward. He was totally understanding and again very professional about my confusion.The next day he called to tell me my laptop did not arrive as they said it would on Thursday. I first said it was so nice that he called to let me know and honestly, how can I be upset when it wasn't his fault the vendor didnt ship out the full order? You only have so much control and I hope people will keep this in mind if they are ever in this situation. He even gave me an option if I wanted to buy elsewhere and then bring it to them if I really needed the laptop ASAP. I said it was fine and I would pick it up early next week.I got a call the next week on Tuesday it was ready. They got the laptop on Monday and Chris immediately worked on the data migration.I picked up my new laptop the next day. They let me sit in another room to look over everything and to make sure all my data was transferred over and it was. I have zero complaints. They were fantastic. I am so thankful there is a company close by I can count on and TRUST if I ever have any issues with my Apple computer.They are NOT scammers. This is an honest family run business and sham on anyone that left an embellished and hateful review. Just keep in mind, nobody can shit glitter and rainbows at your service!”
