I live near the FedEx shipping store in Etna. I feel so fortunate that we have Candy preparing our shipments for FedEx shipping. She is reliable and courteous, and stayed with us through the pandemic. She is an excellent FedEx employee. Kathy Rines.

Wow! The woman who is behind the counter is a real piece of work. Rude and lots of sass..I remember when this place had A+ people there. Will not be going back. I have an express package snagged up somewhere in Hanover, and called for assistance in trying to locate the package. Stephanie was extremely helpful in assisting me! When she couldn't locate the package, she went to her supervisor and then called me back to report the status. I am very appreciative of her customer service!
