The management are having some of the associates work 13 and 14 days straight. New Hampshire has a law called day of rest. Basically you are entitled to one day off a week. It is either on Sunday OR another day and it has to be once every 7 days and listed on a posted schedule. The only way you are allowed legally to force associates to work more then 6 days straight is if you have a consent form. You are literally violating these people's rights and breaking a employment law

Place has gone way downhill over the years. Management is fat and lazy just like the employees. Coolers are constantly empty, nothing is ever stocked. Every time you go there, there is trash overflowing in every single bin and employees are constantly on their phones instead of doing their jobs.

On April 4th at 7pm I had a medical situation where I fainted right outside the front door. Cashier/clerk James noticed right away and ran out to check on me and ask if I was ok or would require extra help. I declined extra help and James led me to the restroom and brought me a cup of water. Thank you James for your help that day! You’re a great guy.

Dirty parking lot covered in trash. Inside is dirty. Probably haven’t washed the floor in years. The man who waited on me at the Dunkin counter had on a dirty old stained t-shirt and looked as if he need a bath and a shave. This place is disgusting! It never was like this but it’s gone to hell. No excuses please.

Blood on the floor in the bathroom. I will be contacting New Hampshire state about this. Told employee who responded with “wow, well don’t go back in there. Thanks. Have a good day” and went back to playing with his phone. Tall guy with white and black under armour cap for reference. Update- his name is Kevin.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I went in after a few hours of driving for lunch in the small Subway. Since I am vegetarian I politely asked if the worker could change their gloves. She changed her gloves, but then started giving me attitude, slamming the bread on the counter and muttering under her breath. The counter wasn't clean either. Not worth a stop.

We just left this location after a long drive from Canada. Two oversized ladies (one with blue hair, the other plastered with tattoos) were speaking poorly of my daughter after she left the store. They didn’t know that i was there listening to their conversation. They were shaming her attire “a sweater, shorts, and socks”. Based on my observation , they shouldn’t be shaming people on how they dress or look. Shameful customer service.

I always enjoy coming here because of the person at the cash register. They are so friendly and warm, and it brightens my day just talking to them.It means so much that amid the constant negativity in the world today, there are still people who radiate light and kindness in their interactions

Went in to buy pods. My physical license is expired. When I have valid proof of my license renewed. Got refused to sell to. Funny a cop will take it but not a store.

I have never been received so rudely . My husband went in and forgot his wallet at the hotel and was grabbing cigarettes. Was refused sale. Annoyed but I understand . I go in with my idea and was refused flattly and accused of trying to buy cigarettes illegally for someone under age. My husband 42 and i am 48 seriously. He was very rude about it as well.

Basic gas station. Friendly (for the most part) workers.

I was appalled by the rude staff. After leaving I did some research, this is now a corporate owned chain, Global Partners lp. In my opinion it's criminal to force a customer to give this corporation private information such as employment status, ss#, place of residence ect... Because this is what happens every time you purchase alcohol or tobacco from this store. I'm 60 years old, they carded me for a alcohol purchase, ok no problem, until they insisted I take out my ID to be scanned. They do this for the sole purpose of obtaining all the information you provided on your drivers license application. This information is then sold, traded or used in any way they please because you agreed to let them scan your license. I would not, and was told by staff and management they would not sell to me. I hope anyone reading this will avoid this and any other store that requires a scanning of your personal information to purchase legal items such as tobacco or alcohol.

This place has been filthy for 3 months (since changed managers). Floors are littered tables never cleaned. Restrooms very dirty.Have been coming here for years but no more. Shape up Global or make room for good business.
