The crew at the West Lebanon Kay’s were A-MAZE-ING! They helped this lil’ old fat girl who finally said “ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!” and brought in her wedding bands that she hasn’t worn in 3-4 years. They took their caring, loving ways and helped me find the warranty on both ring (back in 2006-2007). There were many laughs, tears and just a good old time! Holly and her crew, top notch!

Have driven the 50 minute drive one way as this is the closes Kays to use 3 times in the last month and a half. Had planned to have some warranty, cleaning and inspection work completed only to arrive to a closed store during the middle of the day. Their website says they are open and not once have they answered the phone on ANY day that I've called to inquire as to why. Not sure what is happening but didn't have this problem in the Spring when having similar work done there.

My engagement ring didn’t come from Kay, but when it cracked they fixed it for me. I got it back in a week, when I expected 10-14 business days as explained, and they cleaned it and it’s never been so sparkly!!

I would rate higher if possible. I recently moved to New England from Texas in the midst of the COVID19 pandemic. I had noticed a crack in a ring shortly after getting it back from being resized 6 months ago. Stores were all closed because of the pandemic and I was nit able to ise my warrantyKara G. Kays from the Hulen mall Ft. Worth location worked with with me through email for months and checked in on me to assure me the ring would be fixed.When I came into the Kays in Lebanon I was a little nervous because I was not sure how the situation would unfold and some of the reviews on here were not the best.From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and it was nice to see the staff being so thorough following safety measures (wearing mask, wiping down screens, making sure store was not above capacity ect).I was helped by a wonderful person named Jessalyn( sorry I misspelt it). She was amazing and walked me through the whole process and made me feel like a valued customer. She was friendly and provided excellent customer service! I have always had nothing but great customer service from Kays Jewlers and now I've used them in multiple states. Staff is willing to go above and beyond for you and they are honest about wait times, financing, and care more about the customer than making money.If anyone wants to buy jewlrey, not feel pressured, and recieve amazing service; I highly recommend this company!

They do not deserve any star at all and people should go somewhere else for ring resizing!they messed up our wedding ring big time.They Lied too.They told us they did not touch the engraving when we know it was touch because my name was not Evilyn.I am Edilyn.Come on don't fool people!The ring was at Kay Jewelers for almost 2 months months.We agreed to send back the ring for Second attempt to fix,it was all scratchy and can't hardly see my name that was engraved until you loo

Kay Jewelers is the worst jewelry store in the area! Don’t believe a word they say. My engagement ring took over 4 months to come in and was continuously lied to about the date of arrival. It has a wedding band made for the ring and, what a surprise, was promised it would be here on time before I left to get married and it’s not and won’t be after ordering months in advance. Now I’m left to order one on Amazon. If I could give them negative stars I would.

My husband bought my engagement ring for Kay Jewelers back in 2017. we had to get it sent out 3 times and each time has been a horrible experience. First time they lost my ring second time they lied and said my ring was in and it wasnt and the third time my husband called 4 times and each time no answer finally someone picked up and was rude and said it was in and then hung up on my husband. We got there and one of the ladies greeted up and immediately got on the phone. Then another lady asked us if we needed help and I knew once she went to the computer we were lied to yet again. Why cant they get it together?!
