There are certain medications that I have to fill at DHMC pharmacy. Every single month this pharmacy is weeks to months late on filling and shipping my medications. I spend hours a week calling them regarding medications that do not need a PA, and have active refills. They very often will argue with you about basic mathematical equations such as "we sent you 42 days worth that is 8 weeks supply." These kind of arguments are regarding non controlled routine medications for things like diabetes, arrhythmias, blood pressure, etc. The last couple of months they switched the concentration of one of the medications I use to be able to eat. The higher concentration was not being produced anymore. They once again couldn't compute basic math and sent me enough to dose for 16 meals......over 3 months. One meal every 6 days. Nobody at an Ivy League college pharmacy can comprehend that the same quantity of a medication that is 10x weaker in concentration is not going to last the patient the same amount of time??? Their automated refill system by text, signing up and through the app is useless as it will sit in the "getting refilled" queue for weeks until you call them MANY times and demand they start filling it. Bottom line: don't use DHMC pharmacy for medications you cannot go months without cold turkey or ration your meds to save up a supply. You will never get your medications on time here. I have used them for years because I'm forced to and I don't think I've ever received a refill without a multi week lapse.

I have had problems with DH Pharmacy for months and if I could go anywhere else I would. The left hand does not communicate with the right hand nor does it want to. I live 3 hours away so my meds must be mailed out yet my doc and appts. are there. The mail order pharmacy most always is out of stock of my meds yet the pharmacy at Centera (I am told) is not allowed to mail out my meds that they have in stock. This system sucks for this patient.

After many years of getting my prescriptions here I am pulling my entire family's prescriptions out of this place. I have been lied to so many times now that I can't count that my prescriptions are ready, I drive an hour to get there and coincidentally every time I get there to pick them up they're working on them right at that very moment but it will still be 20 minutes, they have wasted so much of my time I can't even tell you. Last time I went there the person at the counter told me she could not discuss my autistic daughters meds with me because she is 15 years old, my daughter has the mentality of a four-year-old and I have been discussing her meds with this pharmacy for eight years, so done done done!

My doctor called in a rx to Centerra for me - just as most of you, I work 40-50 hours a week. I needed a specific generic brand due to previous reactions with other brands. The Rx was sent over on a Wednesday, and by Thursday I had called 4 times to confirm 1) that the specific generic had been ordered and 2) that my rx would be ready by 12pm. I only had my lunch break to pick it up (hence the persistent confirming) and at 11:30 on Thursday I made a final call to "make sure" everything was ready so I wouldn't drive there for nothing. The clerk says "oh yes, they're finishing it up now." So,I arrive at 12:10pm, waited for 10min and the when I got to the counter the clerk/pharmacist said "sorry, I don't have anything ready for you - it doesn't look like your medication was actually ordered." So, were the 4 different clerks that confirmed everything to me not even looking at my chart? It's unacceptable and quite frankly it's scary. I have now lost trust in this pharmacies ability to be credible and reliable. Do I have to call 10 times when trying to fill/order a medication? Seems like overkill but apparently it's what needs to happen to make sure it's done right. From now on, I'm only speaking with a pharmacist and I will start taking the names of everyone that is "helping me." D-H made a royal f-up by making centerra their sole pharmacy. They are clearly very understaffed and in the end it's ironic because DH Centerra is supposed to enhance patient care - not hinder it.

Slow and rude seems to be the general consensus. But, they are the only game in town if you have their insurance. I'm not sure what the problem is, but it needs to be fixed before they kill someone. I understand the generalized lack of workers affecting the US right now, but this goes beyond that. I've seen other pharmacies work with less. I'd like to see a functioning website, updated text messages, and quicker fills and refills, but I doubt that's on the books. I never thought I would long for Walmart's pharmacy, but here we are.

For the past many months every single time I renew a prescription through their text message system or app it sits for weeks. I go weeks without my medication every month. These are medications that have 12 refills and no PA. When you call the people answering the phones have no answers and tell you to wait another 3-5 days (repeatedly). I have spoken to a manager on two occasions and both times they assure me they will look into the so it won't occur again. It continues to happen every month. They do not begin filling your prescription when you renew (for weeks). They only begin filling it once you call multiple times and a manager is involved.

Excellent pharmacy with quick service and great prices on generics. Everything is in stock here when I try to get it and I have never had any issues. Is conveniently located in my workplace and prescription drugs are discounted further for DHMC employees, at least residents and fellows.

One of the best customer service experiences ever! I needed to fill some meds at around 10pm on a recent Sunday night (and after a very long, exhausting day of travel). Of the many pharmacies in the Lebanon NH area, this was the only one that was open--the drive thru is open 24 hours! I also needed to purchase something inside, which was locked up, lights off. The gentleman was nice enough to unlock the doors and let me in to get what I needed. He was very professional, courteous and empathetic to my situation. Model customer service...the store is new, clean and well stocked as well. Thank you, kind sir!
