I came here to buy inner tubes for my tubeless rim and tires after some frustration. The staff greeted me, and then got my tubeless tires to set/seat correctly on the rim! Inflated it and I was good to go! Great service and great experience. 10/10 recommend!

Called and made appointment for a Spring tune-up on my bike. Told them I needed the $99.95 one. Dropped it off and was told it would be ready the following Monday. Was called Monday morning saying it was ready. Was charged for the $59.95 tune-up as it didn't need the more expensive one. + parts costs. Could have easily been taken advantage of. And everyone, yes everyone was SUPER friendly. Don't go anywhere else for your bike needs.

I could write a novel's worth of good experiences I've had at O&B, but want to highlight mechanic Ken's excellent work on my skis recently. They had several large gashes from skiing over rocks and he returned them to pristine condition. Really appreciate the hard work, attention to detail, and service quality of Ken and the shop staff.

I am shocked by all the positive reviews when they have missed the basic of the basic in customer service, greeting customers! I walked in this afternoon and there were 3 employees at the main desk and another employee by the sneakers and not a single person acknowledged us walking into, or through , the store!

Not sure where the negative reviews are coming from. I have shopped Omer & Bobs for years and always found Jonathan and his staff to be knowledgable, friendly and helpful. You have two basic options for mountain bikes in the area - Omer & Bob's for Trek and Specialized, Mason Racing for Rocky Mtn and Salsa. Mason is more of a bike specialist but both are great locally owned Upper Valley businesses and will take good care of you.

Omer and Bob’s is one of a kind amazing!We had a badly bent rim on a Niner e-bike and went to them during our travels on a NE road-trip.Time was of the essence.They found a rim off another stock bike to get ours fixed and us back on the trail the same morning!!!!We went back and bought a great phone holder.Friendly and professional!!!

Went in to find a 700 x 20-28c bike tube. The website said they had it. Being the largest bike shop in the area I assumed I would be able to go in a buy the tube and keep riding. Nope. "We don't have it, we don't know where it is." Thanks guys.Edit: Your website did show the availability until an hour ago and your dude brought out a used tube and tried to sell it to me. Right after you changed the website availibility.

My husband and I bought our bikes here. They were the best - fixing every issue free of charge. When we complained about the design of my bike, the owner had the manufacturer change it for a different and better bike. I cannot say enough good things about their knowledge, service, and courteous behavior.
