Not sure where the negative reviews are coming from. I have shopped Omer & Bobs for years and always found Jonathan and his staff to be knowledgable, friendly and helpful. You have two basic options for mountain bikes in the area - Omer & Bob's for Trek and Specialized, Mason Racing for Rocky Mtn and Salsa. Mason is more of a bike specialist but both are great locally owned Upper Valley businesses and will take good care of you.

Omer and Bob’s is one of a kind amazing! We had a badly bent rim on a Niner e-bike and went to them during our travels on a NE road-trip.Time was of the essence. They found a rim off another stock bike to get ours fixed and us back on the trail the same morning!!!!We went back and bought a great phone holder.Friendly and professional!!!

Went in to find a 700 x 20-28c bike tube. The website said they had it. Being the largest bike shop in the area I assumed I would be able to go in a buy the tube and keep riding. Nope. "We don't have it, we don't know where it is." Thanks guys.Edit: Your website did show the availability until an hour ago and your dude brought out a used tube and tried to sell it to me. Right after you changed the website availibility.

Great customer service, great build and repair shop with knowledgeable staff. I have been going to them since around 1999 and recommend them to everyone for your recreational needs!

My husband and I bought our bikes here. They were the best - fixing every issue free of charge. When we complained about the design of my bike, the owner had the manufacturer change it for a different and better bike. I cannot say enough good things about their knowledge, service, and courteous behavior.

Very knowledgeable staff, extremely quick turnarounds on ski tuning and other work, and always friendly. THE place for skis in the upper valley.

Poor customer Service, the person who assist the phone hung up to the clients without taking at leat 1 minute to hear. I was interested in Bikes,Thanks anyway.

This staff has customer service down to a science. They're enthusiastic, knowledgeable and friendly. When they didn't have a bike we wanted, we refused to order it online or go anywhere else. Omer and Bob's has earned lifetime customers in just a few short visits.

The staff was very kind to give me a few bolts for my bottle cage - and not charge me! Cool selection of stuff!

Bought a Specialized Turbo Vado E-bike from Omer and Bob’s a while back and come in whenever I have an issue. They fix anything and everything bike related and the service is great.

This place rocks, if you have the bank to spend. It is not for the faint of heart, or those looking for bikes for their grandkids. The staff has always impressed me w their knowledge, if not their enthusiasm. Were I in the market to upgrade, this is where I would start.Their winter selections are excellent as well. Bought snowshoes for a couple of my kids last December. The staffer was helpful; and, I think we ended up w the best choices.I will always return, when I am not feeling frugal.

Although I didn't buy my Trek Allant+ 8S e-bike here, I now take it to O&B's for service. I would love to repair bikes myself at home, but my enthusiasm often exceeds my talent. Sal and Jeremy never make me feel like an idiot when I ask basic questions and need help. They're knowledgeable, respectful and appear to be generally nice guys. I'm lucky to have a Bosch-certified shop in the Upper Valley.

Poor! Here is the saga.A month ago I called about making an appointment for my bike, actually my 8 year old granddaughter's bike- a specialized mountain bike. I was told that it would be done on or before June 23rd. On 6/22 I called to make sure it would be ready for the following day. I got a brush off answer something about when the bike was brought in. Knowing they had it in their shop for a month, I didn't worry too much about the person's response. On 6/23 my husband called and they told him they were waiting for the bike. He explained that it had been there for a month. They pretty much ignored him like they had ignored me the previous day. I called back myself and was told that "there was an error in processing the ticket. It didn't update." He made it sound like a computer glitch. In fact, they do not use computers for processing. Upon further inquiry, he admitted that the person that took the bike in didn't put a note that the bike had been in the store since late May. I asked if they indeed had my bike. He then said it's probably in the basement but he was in the middle of a job and couldn't check right now. I asked if it would be ready the following day (6/24) and he said, "that's the idea."My granddaughter has been waiting patiently a month for her bike-which isn't easy when you're eightMaybe if I had been a young, cool bike aficionado I would have been taken more seriously. I wish they had told me that when I first called. I would have driven a longer distance to a shop that was not rude and dismissive because it wasn't a $3000 + bike.Rude people, poor service and very biased staff.
