Scheduled a grooming appointment and was told it would take "45min-1hr max, depending on how she tolerate(s) the dryer". I have a very short haired dog and advised I don't care if she's dry/e are fine leaving with her damp or towel dried. Told the staff we would be waiting/we were going down the street for a quick meal and would be back. Came back an hour later to be told she hadn't even been started yet, not even pulled out of her kennel. Their excuse was that they were busy and we shouldn't have been given an expectation of 45-60min and they are usually about 2-3 hours. If that is the case they should be closing or limiting their appointment books, not allowing more appointments to be booked if they cannot keep up. (A husky or other breed which requires a haircut is going to take longer than a short haired pet that only needs a bath/brush, etc).

They can never groom my dog correctly. His hair is always short on one side, they do not follow my requests. His little face is always a mess. I had a female groomer to take him back in and groom his private area. As she was turning from me, she rolled her eyes and said Oh GOD. She was early 20s and Managers tolerate this rudeness. Very disappointed.

Always great customer service plus I love checking out their hampsters! I really miss ours we had it was always so fluffy and our cat loved when we took it out in its ball!.. long story short funny memories every time we go in!

Bought a big fish tank, they had it ready to go and helped me get it into my truck, nice friendly staff, nothing to complain about.

While walking past the grooming salon, I witnessed one of the groomers pulling a dog through the door by a choke collar so hard that the dog was sliding on the floor, not walking. He clearly didn’t want to go through the door and the groomer wasn’t going to stop pulling. She never once tried an alternative. This was extremely upsetting and not even my own dog. I wasn’t able to find anyone on site as she apparently was the only one there, or visible, but it happened July 13 around 1:30 PM. I’m sad for that dog and I’m sad for any future dog that’s treated that way. I’m also upset and angry for the pet parent who has no idea that their dog was treated that way and left them there in your care and trusting that they wouldn’t be handled that way. This is why I stopped using Petsmart grooming a long time ago. I emailed the company and got an email responding back saying they received my email and would look into it and I have not heard back.

The new GM (Ross)says the new store policy is owners put their dog’s harness and leash on in the store….with other dogs around….instead of the groomers putting them on out back and has an attitude about it. They also tried attaching a $30 fee to my account for each of my dogs for “severe matting”. My dogs go to the groomer every 8 weeks and have very minimal matting under their ears. The last two appointments they’ve had they didn’t clean their ears or trim their paws which is in the price. I would not recommend bringing your dogs here.

This particular store seems to be one of the clearner PetSmart in the state and I definitely prefer PetSmart of Pet Slow for sure. While I don't buy live animals from chain stores I do usually get most of my aquarium supplies from here as well as some of the items for my birds. Overall Great place.

We had 2 appts. One for Alaska and one for Sutter an 8am and a 10am. I called the day prior and spoke to Molly to ask if we could come in a little but later, as I had some traveling conflicts, she was warm, welcoming and asked if I would hold gp see if it please possible. When she came back on she pet me know warmly that it would not be possible as it would cause the groomer to run behind on his other cl. She delivered this with empathy a reasonable explanation. Because of her lovely way of handling it I felt heard, like an effort was made, and even though it was not the ideal place answer, I appreciated her honestly. We showed up the following day at ten minutes to 8am and Brian Alaska's groomer was already waiting by the front doors to unlock them in and let us in! He had all the paperwork ready for us to he promptly checked in so I could continue on with my day. He hasgroomed our dogs before and does an excellent job. We had several small hiccup but the MOST IMPORTANT THING WAS he handled them with grace and professionalism. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND WORKING WITH Brian and Molly I believe these two employees compliment one another extremely well as a team to take care of our dogs needs. And as long as they are there, Petsmart has earned us to come back over and over again.

Do not adopt live animal's here.. They don't take proper care of them.. My husband & I had adopted a veild chameleon, its been so lethargic and its eyes won't open. I've done everything I can for this poor little thing.I called & basically got told that it's a "vet call" and with out saying it, that it's my problem. That there's a 14 day return policy... Uh no I'm not returning him like he's a product.. Never again..

Disappointed there weren't more Vittles Vaults, especially for cat food. Half of the store is dedicated to dogs. The other part is for cats, birds, fish \\u0026 small mammal care, feeding \\u0026 housing. Prices for cat food were too expensive and headed to Walmart instead.

The online portal did not pass on our notes to the staff at the store about our dogs medical condition. When my fiance arrived they had to turn her away, not a problem. But we were upset that they did not contact us. The store called, explained and apologized. Not their fault, good customer service from the store staff... broken web portal from corporate.

Dog trainer on site with multiple types of classes available, including but not limited to trick classes, 1-1 training, 6week group classes and beginner or intermediate classes. Beth, the trainer, has been extremely helpful in the pet adoption process. She helped me determine appropriate questions to ask and reviewed video footage with me of the dogs I want to adopt. Highly looking forward to working with her.
