Wednesday night girl working was the one of the rudest experiences ever… she kept looking at me like I was the dumbest person in the world for asking two questions. I have bleached blonde hair and wanted to tone the brass out of it, she told me I needed to use blue shampoo and it turned my hair completly blue, found out later that purple shampoo is used for blondes....

Most of the time I know what I want so it’s fine but sometimes I need to ask the staff for help. They never seem to care about their job or even want to be there. I always get the feeling like me being there and asking them to do their job is a nuisance to them. With the new hours, I went around 5-10 minutes before they closed at 7 because I tried the Ion lavender and it literally didn’t do anything. I was gonna ask for help and try again. The door was locked. The lights were all off. No one was even there. There was no sign on the door that they were closing early. Nothing. Kinda ruined my experience with them after that

I went to Sally's in West Lebanon NH, I had no idea what I was looking for. Alyssa, the attending manager was AMAZING!!! Not only did I learn so much but she wrote the instructions down for me step by step. I had the perfect amount of everything. My hair is done, and I will continue to Drive to Sally's in West Lebanon. Alyssa really knows her stuff!

I decided to bleach my whole head and go bright blue today, since it was my favorite color I’ve had my hair in the past. I placed an online pickup order for one jar of Manic Panic’s Shocking Blue, and two PACKETS of L’Oreal Super Oreal Blanc Professional Powder Bleach, which I realized I loved as the last time I used it, I didn’t even have to brush my hair after rinsing, because it made my hair that soft and smooth. I got to the store and picked up my bags, got home and realized I was given the correct Manic Panic I ordered, but then I was given two BOXES of L’Oreal Super Blue Creme Oil Lightener, which I never ordered. Now I was not notified that my original ordered product was out of stock or that I would be receiving a totally different type of bleach, which was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. The cashier also seemed miserable and did not seem very welcoming at all. Sally’s is normally my go-to hair dye store, but not anymore.

Do not buy hair styling supplies from this store. I bought a hair waver 1 week ago with the store's assurance if I did not like it I could receive a full refund. Today I tried to return the unit and I was told that as of today items were non returnable.To make matters worse, I had to go over there twice as the store was not open during posted hours. A note read back at 3:45. This is the second time this had happened. I didn't realize their business was so successful during these trying times that they could disregard their customers needs.

Tori is very helpful and extremely knowledgeable in all products carried by Sally Beauty and where to find anything they may not carry. I highly recommend the store.

Nah...I keep coming back here because it would be more convenient for me to like it. Prices are cheaper on line for the same products on the Sally website.

Horrible store manager! While i was there looking around anither lady came in and was looking at haur extends and put one back in the wrong spot the store manager was extremely rude to the lady. I felt so bad i told the manager (who didn't have her name on the name tag just that she was the manager) that what she did was terribly rude and no call for it what so ever.

Carrie was very knowledgeable and super friendly! Not only did she know what I was talking about ( I had been youtubing all day ) , but she suggested other great products for great prices! I highly recommend!!
