Gave 1 star because every time I have an appointment at 1030am I go here to eat. It says open at 10am but once walk over they have a sign that says opening at 1130... I got to eat here once out of the 15 times I've been here this year. Why have hours ad 10am on corporate website if you're going to open at 1130?

Very good pizza, fresh and hot. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were actually joking around with us and made us feel very welcome.

I feel like I was robbed I went to the sbarro in dhmc today and felt like I was being rushed by other patrons. So I just inserted my card and paid for 1 slice of pizza and then I looked at my bank and they charged me $8.81 for a slice and nobody picks up the phone when I tried to call

Called to order pizza to be delivered for lunch and told it wasn't possible. Went another day when they were supposed to be open. All food was out, no staff, lights off. Never good experiences here.

Overpriced, can rarely get helped.Hospital has a policy of terribly unhealthy sugar-free, diet drinks. The price usually keeps me away, plus that they rarely have specialty pizzas available by the slice.$4-$5 for a slice is far too much!More acceptable would be $2.. $2.50 MAYBE MAXIMUM $3, >>with tax included<

The food is good. However the fact that the employee ( gary)who serves the public doesn't wear gloves. He sets the spatula with food on it..on top of another pizza. Got ready to cash out ..had to wait for the cashier to finish texting on her phone..( dawniel).

I have had minor issues with them before, but I will occasionally return to see how things are. The pizza is usually good though I am not a fan of the other products I have tried. My only issues are the service. In the past there has been sometimes too little staff on duty at peak hours and once they had commonly run out of pizza just before the regular lunch began. Another time they were so busy filling a large order (I am guessing some department in the hospital was having a party) that the line was far too long, waiting for service. My peeve on this occasion was hygiene. In the midst of a raging pandemic and my server was handling my food with bare hands. Not a spatula. No gloves. Just bare hands. He handled food and drinks and money and receipts and at no time wire food service gloves, nor did he wash his hands... in the midst of a Covid-19 epidemic. If I ever planned to go back, I would have spoken to his manager.

It is not a place for REAL food and drinks. Neurotoxin filled drinks only; vegetarian nearly everything else. Bottle of water $3.00!
