It's always a random trip here. Usually I can find something neat in one of the stores, which is why it gets 4 stars. Lots of parking is a plus too.

Been going here since a was a child, grew up in West Lebanon. Great selection of stores.
Upper Valley Plaza is located in West Lebanon on Route 12A, right on the border of New Hampshire and Vermont. ItŐs situated directly in an established retail corridor thatŐs home to ten other major shopping centers, which lend to exceptional sales volume. Key tenants include KohlŐs, Sears, and JC Penney.
