“WOW!!! The very very best!!!
It all started when Kevin came to the house to tell us all about what Daniels offered for moving. He then went around every room in the house with his iPad like device, tapping in numbers and whatever else he was doing. We got a quote that afternoon. I must have called Kevin 6 or 8 times to tell him that yes I wanted to include something or not including something. He was always very patient.

Next came Brittney, I must have talked to her dozens of times! She even had it so that when I called she just answered “hi Sue”. She knew I was very concerned about the move, having never had a professional mover before. She said I’ve got my best guys on your move. She even had them come to the house before I moved to check everything that was going.

That is where Tracey came in. When he came to the house, he told me not to worry, that that was his job and I could just sit back and relax. I was in the middle of packing up the kitchen and he told me he would take care of that. The day he and his team came to pack up the house was amazing. They packed the kitchen, the pictures and art work, all the lamps. The next day moving day, the group was so respectful of all the “stuff” that needed to be loaded up in the truck. Brittney was right, Tracey was the very best!!

Next came Barbara and Wendell Rogers. They were the drivers of the huge truck. I was concerned as to when we would get our furniture and who they would use to move it into our new house. I called them several times and, like everyone else, they were very patient with me. Moving in day came and the movers they used were absolutely terrific. I was concerned about my newly finished wood floors. The movers came in and put runners down. They were so careful and considerate about everything that they moved from the truck to the house and put things exactly where I wanted it. Barbara and Wendell did a great job at orchestrating the entire move.

This review may be a little long but I couldn’t help it, it was an amazing experience with incredibly patient people from the very beginning to the very end. Thank you Daniels Moving and Storage.”

“This was not a large-volume move but one that required coordination between the pick up spot which was 150 miles from Enfield, a drop off and set up another 150 miles away and a second drop off and set up another 50 miles distant. The movers arrived right on time to the first pick up spot. They efficiently loaded up the items and were on their way to first drop off without any delay. The two movers were very efficient and polite. No fuss at all and the move was completed flawlessly.”

“I had rented space at the Lebanon, NH facility, and the staff has always been super helpful. On my last trip I had unknowingly dropped a wrench outside my unit. It was found during a security sweep of the facility, and since it was found in front of my unit they called and let me know it was found! Awesome staff !!!”

“We all depend on each other to return equipment when we say we will. In my case, the previous renter of the truck I reserved had not returned the truck in time for my reservation. The Lebanon U-Haul representative quickly offered me a free upgrade to a larger truck; however, just as we were talking, the truck arrived. The rep quickly readied the truck for me and I was on my way, only a little late. When returning , the check in process was very quick and smooth. I was happy to have the smaller truck for my move, as space was tight where I was going.
When you get a truck with a fuel tank that is not full, it can be tricky to match the exact fuel level before returning the vehicle. Lebanon U-Haul was very accommodating with my lack of perfection in that area. I appreciate that!”
