AWESOME experience w/ the Nissan of Leb service dept today - huge shout out and many thanks to Phil Daley and team. Had no appointment, walked in from long trip out of state w/ poss leak in tire. They got the car in right away and took a look (for nearly an hour - thorough diagnostics!) -- found no leak - put my mind at ease and left with next steps in case the low pressure light comes on again. And at no charge - so very cool. THANK YOU! (and some love to Zane, for showing me a couple of cars while I waited - just couldn't act on it today)!

Extremely happy I went to Nissan of Lebanon. I originally went to a private shop as my passenger seatbelt was stuck and I was quoted about $700-800. After talking with Phil Daily at Nissan it was determined that it was covered under warranty. No cost to me! Thank you very much for researching and saving me money.

This is my 3rd Nissan Pathfinder from Nissan of Lebanon, NH and is by far the nicest. Everyone at this dealership is beyond professional and you feel this from the moment you walk. They take the extra time to make you feel comfortable with the entire process. Working with the staff and buying this car has been a great experience and I strongly recommend Nissan of Lebanon, NH.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Darrell A. and Nissan of Lebanon. There is a lot of pride with regards to ownership at this location and it shows. Darrell made this experience enjoyable and I felt he listened to us without having an agenda (hard to find when looking for cars). In part, I decided to buy from Nissan because of his professionalism and the overall vibe in the dealership. I don't want to admit it...but I actually had fun and a lot of laughs. I would recommend Darrell and this dealership to my family friend any day. They were exceptionally reasonable with my trade-in and were willing to work with me to get me into a new frontier.

My mother and I wanted to thank you for buying back the car of my father when he died, it was very hard to sell it because of the memories we had with him and his car. We want to especially thank Alyssa Hammond, who drove us back home , comforted us,showed us empathy, gave us encouraging words and kindness and gave help to our family. She touched our hearts, and made us happy to see that she has love for someone she did not know. If everyone focused more on love, this would be a better world.

I’ve been bringing my vehicle that I did not even purchase at Nissan of Lebanon for all of my service. On top of The entire service department being polite, they perform all of their duties on my vehicle Flawlessly. I don’t have to come back for repeat issues, and I can rely on them to get the job done. My next vehicle will come from Nissan of Lebanon due to their excellent service department. I would recommend you give them a shot!

Honestly. I always feel I am being treated fairly at the dealership. We love our Leaf, but taking care of it is well beyond what my thoughtful father taught me to do. At best, I keep the fluids up and the tires inflated. So, when it comes to service recalls and the like, I depend upon the dealership to take care of a care that I hope lasts for a few more years. Even when I suggest a problem might more complex than it is, the people at the front counter have the patience not to make fun of me or dismiss my concern. I'll be back...

Jason my salesman was great, I have two little girls and they loved him he was very friendly and made them feel very comfortable it made coming to the dealership with kids a breeze. I had a little hiccup with some communication on things with the dealership, but they found me the truck I asked for and kiddos to Kyle because it was needle in a haystack. On the day I picked up my truck and once I had the paper work to sign it was in and out which was great.

From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by the warm and friendly smile of staff there, who proved to be an absolute delight throughout my entire car purchasing process.Back in March, I bought a Nissan Rogue Platinum from this dealership, and while I was thrilled with my new purchase, I noticed a minor issue with the dash cam. I reached out to Johana, and she immediately took charge of the situation with utmost professionalism and care.Johana ensured that my faulty cam issue was resolved promptly and without any hassle. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was fully satisfied with my purchase. When it turned out that the camera couldn't be fixed right away, she didn't hesitate to arrange a refund without any questions and even agreed to install my own dash cam free of charge.In conclusion, I can confidently say that Nissan of Leb have won me over as a lifelong customer. Routine check with a request to see why my AC wasn't working. Technician found that the AC compressor shut off due to a leak in the rear AC hoses. Dave & Team came up with 3 options for me to consider. Since I live a "Hand To Mouth" existence & this IS Upper Valley I probably just bare it out. If by some miracle I get extra funds I may go with the middle option "A BLOCK" that would prevent AC going to the rear of my car allowing the AC compressor to stay on.

Had an Amazing time getting our first car here. Mark Avery went above and well beyond making sure we got a car we loved coming in on his day off even to make sure we like it. Thanks so much for that!! Mark Avery and Kyle Morrison also helped us get the car at the very best price they could do for us working with the banks and insurance company's with us to get the best deals!!!! Also thank you to the owner for being so welcoming and kind, even bringing us donuts!!Overall Thanks for turning a stressful task into so much less of a mountain to deal with. We are so thankful for this and hope we didn't forget anything or anyone.

I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon and was greeted by Darrell Alberico. He was friendly and I felt comfortable dealing with him.
