Sadly came in at 8:30 on a weekday, purchased next day shipping for a letter. Was never scanned and it’s been five days, and package is now lost.It took the store (after multiple calls) four days to file a claim.I have no idea what happened, but they took my envelope and money, promised before noon the next day, printed label and added it to the letter, I left the store and less than 24 hours later, it disappeared.Can’t recommend this store or UPS in general.

Every time I ship through this area my packages never arrive on time always late. Very frustrating when you are given an ETA and the time that you receive your package is 6 hrs after that. I can understand running like an hour or two behind but 6 is a little excessive.

Consistently not getting notification that my packages have arrived until 3 days later. No printed out slip in my box. I have to always ask for my packages, if not for email confirmation that my packages have been delivered, I sure wouldn't.

Worst customer service I have ever seen and that's saying something, my girlfriend paid for them to pack it up and ship it with insurance, it's been 4 days and it hasn't moved when I called I was told I will call you back and he never did but when I tried to call back he answered but wouldn't speak then hung up and left the phone off the hook, I'm going to have to call corporate to file a claim, we are talking about almost $1000 worth of stuff they have lost and won't even talk to me about it, I'm going to push this as far as I can this kind of treatment is unexceptable

I will give it to ups they got my package here early. They also beat my package to death. I can't help but think of ace Ventura when I look at the prime box.

I really had a bad experience there while trying to return a couple of packages. First I had to carry two large boxes out of my car ( which is normal and I didn’t expect any help with that but was surprised when the employee helped a couple carry their package from their car and held the door for another customer while I was not granted these niceties). Second, I was forced to buy tape for the shipping labels which I had already printed while the customers before me did not. When I pointed that out to him he said it’s because my package was bigger ( the clients before me were sending a bed). At this point, I’m half wondering if this was about my race. Overall unpleasant experience.

CUSTOMER BEWARE: Employee theft at W. Lebanon, NH, store? I used the UPS Store in West Lebanon, NH, in June 2023 to mail many personal items from my deceased mother's house to my home in CA. The most precious item I delivered to the store was a one-of-a-kind, hand painted ceramic Venetian mask that I picked up in Venice many years ago, so it was irreplaceable. The man who helped me, possibly the owner, was very brusque and would not adequately answer my questions - a younger worker had to pipe in and offer elaboration. The man's wife returned to the store after getting take-out lunch and proceeded to plop the bag on top of my delicate items, like 100-year-old framed photos. I kindly asked her to remove her bag. The man then carried my stack of items to the back packing area (viewable from where I stood at the front counter) and I witnessed him trying to find someplace to put the items down - it was a mess without a clean surface in sight. I was not thrilled with all of this but finished my business and left - after paying almost $200 to have my items shipped. Upon returning to CA, I opened the box and to my utter horror, the Venetian mask was not in the box! I immediately called the store and the same man who assisted me stated, "What do you want?" I guess he has not heard of customer service. I explained the situation and he didn't seem to care. He stated he would look around the store and call me back. He never did. I called again and received the same song and dance - and no return call. I also sent 2 emails as follow-up and received no response.I then opened a claim with UPS and have just received a reply that my claim has been approved for payment. I hope the expense is charged back to this NH store. Their total lack of concern or follow-up, plus their constant brush off makes me believe it was employee theft. If so, I am appalled and incredulous. I would expect this type of shady behavior from a large city store, but not from one in my beloved New England. In the future, I will ship items via USPS and I recommend that you not ship anything more expensive than paperclips with this business. Bottom line: Take a photo of your items while at the store as insurance in case you need to file a claim for "lost," "missing," or damaged items!

Owner is a good dude. Great place for Amazon returns.Yeah, if you want the store to box and label your item you gotta pay… how do you think they keep the heat on?

They damaged my package and wanted me to repurchase the items that they destroyed. What a fraudulent business. When reached out to by their automatic system to file a claim, it was rejected. What an absolute joke of a store. What's the point of telling me to file a claim if the owner is going to reject it.
