Had an appointment for vaccination. Forty-five minutes after the appointment time, I was still waiting. No one else was airing, Clearly, Walgreens’ online appointment system needs some work, as they are not able to accurately estimate times.

Got a Covid booster. Service so poor. Long lines both at pharmacy and check out. Staff not helpful. Inefficient. Waited a long time to get the shot. Terrible terrible service.

I went to get an eye drop medication for my mom. Problem was, I used GoodRX coupon which was$8.38 for 10 ml of eye drop medication. I asked one of the cashier staff, they had 60 ml package and the price will come with $53.76. I said ok, because I thought it's bigger container that why it's more expensive. The medication I got only 60 of 0.2 ml of single use containers for for a total of 12ml. I have to pay more than it costs and medication can not be returned. The staff that I talked to, she was not helpful at all. She just said because one of the staff didn't know it's not 60 ml.

I pick up all my prescriptions here and I really like it the stuff is nice and remains calm and collected under the pressure there under with all the problems with staff the COVID has caused

This store always tells me to wait for my meds I do so then when I come back through they are out of stock every time if you actually need something make sure to start the refill process a week prior to actually needing it

It's a busy place but they are the nicest people who work there! The pharmacy staff have been excellent, even through Covid. I've stood in line and watch people be nasty to them and abusive, yet somehow they still manage to smile for the next person. I highly recommend Walgreens at this location, simply based on the people.

Beware! After using the vacuum delivery system in the drive through my credit card was visibly stuck in the tube. They promised me they would get a technician to remove it and call me with a day or two. 1 week later I called and spoke with the manager who said they hadn’t called a technician but would see what they could do…. 2 weeks later I called again and they had no recollection of my card being lost and could no longer see it. They promised they would ask all of their employees and return my call. That was 2 weeks ago and I haven’t heard from anyone. Terrible management.

In-store shopping is fine trying to get your medicine through the drive-thru is hard the lines are long and sometimes it's not open because of staffing issues

Terrible service and long wait times. I have waited over an hour and a half in the drive through for a prescription that was already filled.Just today I needed to call and cancel a prescription and the tech working said she needed to transfer me to the pharmacist and just left me on hold until they went to their meal break. The phone then told me to call back and hung up on me.

This review is for the pharmacy. Thank you so much to the lady working the counter and the pharmacist and the other two ladies working there today. My wife was having a very bad asthma attack and they all worked together to help us get the second part of her prescription and avoided calling an ambulance or going to the emergency room. Our “former” doctor was less than helpful in the situation because of the holiday. The team at the West Lebanon pharmacy went above and beyond. They called around to another pharmacy to try to assist us in our search. They were able to get us the second medication. We were probably less than pleasant working on next to no sleep and the fear of not being able to breathe, but none the less they still helped with a smile and reassured us it would be ok. Again can’t say enough good things about the people working in the pharmacy today.
